Lack of communication when dropping off. Returned trailer 2 days early and called 2 days later to make sure I had credit for returning it and it had not yet been checked in.

Easy to do business with! Kinda in a seedy spot in Denver but that’s not really their fault, more on the mayor/governor for not cleaning up the city. They seemed like they had a lot of inventory and everything you possible need to move! Friendly staff.

MICHAEL MThe app did not work at all, I could not upload any pictures no matter how many times I tried. The trailer was dropped off in front of Building A at the location on file.
TORI VUnfortunately they gave me a car that had a gas tank that was half full rather than completely full then when I returned it a little more than half way full they tried to tell me I needed to fill it all the way. They took a few minutes to sort it out but I’m glad I took before and after photos of the tank otherwise I think they would’ve made me pay for a full tank.

JEFFREY BUhaul was great. What was NOT great was the U-Haul website that linked me to movers that bailed on us an hour before picking up the trailer. There needs to be accountability if U-Haul associated movers bail…like a cancellation fee. Thankfully we found someone to help but that was stressful!

GARY GThis is the second time we have brought the trailer back, and it has not been checked in. This time, 3 women were talking and carrying on when we brought the trailer back, and told us they would get it checked in. The next day, we got a text that the trailer had not been returned. If you're going to charge customers for not returning equipment, maybe check on when and how it was actually returned. Poor service.

HARRY KRThe truck apparently had a problem with its transmission, not shifting up , resulting in excessive fuel consumption. Also, the computer system was not working at the time I picked up the truck, so I had no documented rates or authorized possession of the vehicle. When I did receive the final receipt, twenty-four hours following return of the truck, the mileage rate was .10 higher than any I had previously seen on the U-Haul website, and the rate varied on the website when looking at different U-Haul locations. Although I do not feel the rate was "out-of-bounds", it's better to know everything up front.

DONALD JContract said there was 3/4 tank of gas. When I was given the truck, it had 5/8 tank. Reported it to the person that gave me the truck. He took picture of gauge and said it would be corrected. After returning truck with more fuel than was in it, I was charged for 4 gallons of fuel. Luckily I had pics of gauge at pick up. Always take pics, don’t trust them. They say they will refund my credit card. But of course it’ll take most of a week to do so. Why can’t they rent them full of gas and require it to be full on return. Take the guess work out.
PHILIP SI was given a hard time by one staff member , I tried to keep explaining the situation of coming in to ask when my vehicle was due for return and that another static member told me it was 7pm the following day so I had already been charged. I returned the next day and was told it was due at 5:30pm like I had expected before and why I asked the previous day. She charged me another day and demanded the vehicle back so I was charged another additional day without being able to use the vehicle. The manager was also hostile

KATHERINE KRented a trailer and the floor was filthy and the unit smelled of petrol. We cleaned it as best we could but ultimately returned the trailer and just got a moving truck (at 5x the cost). I was a little surprised that no one tried to make that right but my hunch is that UHaul frowns on this.

Lanette OI got a call and they said my uhaul was stolen and made it seem like I stole it!! Turns out the location in Denver I picked up from gave me the wrong vehicle. Do better! Had me stressed out like I did something wrong. Very unprofessional, hope y’all can make this right.

TODD CThe girls at the front desk have no customer service skills whatsoever. GM is great though! I was a regular, I don't know if I will go back. Just a note. Van that I was given had no gas and the check engine light was on.
EDDIE VI always rent my moving trucks/vans from this location because the people working there are always so nice and helpful and go above and beyond! But this last time I went the truck we rented the brakes didn't sound great when stopped and we didn't notice until we were on the road already at a light and it was concerning. It got the job done for the few hours we needed it but that would be the only thing is the maintenance of the vehicles was a bit concerning. Other than that, we love going to this location!
