Kyle H | First ImpressionsMy only complaint is something that's beyond the capability of anyone at the facility to fix, but u feel like this should be said: There is no lighting within the ground floor storage units, which makes finding what I'm looking for within the unit very difficult. I would like to see future facilities have lighting within units that do not have an open top, even if it's just a cheap little motion-sensor light. I've been storing my belongings at this location for two years now and I could not be happier with the service I've recieved. The entire team, from the janitors to the managers, deserve a raise for how they take care of their customers and your business.

Kristin L | Online Move InThey need a new computer system. It took a very long time to process my order. Two computers stopped working and they also tried a phone. One computer finally worked. Not at all a seamless process. The facility is great however. Storage was extremely clean.

I did have one issue though, last night I was trying to scan in at 230am( I pay an extra $10 Because i need 24 hr access, I have to change into work clothes and get my bag sorted) and it kept saying access denied see manager but obviously I couldn't. So I wasn't able to have fresh clothes for work today because of this:( other than that awesome work
Anthony B | First ImpressionsWhen I moved into the location the area around the facility was frequented by unhoused people. It wasn’t the best feeling but when I moved out a year later. The area was less inhabited and I had less interactions outside the facility that were concerning. Ben was awesome upon moving out and he ensured my pods were outside in a convenient location and everything went very smoothly!
