The item that I ordered at 1st location was not available but the agent referred me to another location that had the auto transport tow. I was inconvenienced at same time the transition smooth. So all went well at the end. Uhaul team was wonderful and awesome!!!

xavier TI moved from Jersey to South Carolina.. I rented a small box truck and a car carrier.. the ratchet straps were rusted and difficult to operate.. the blinker was not working on it .. and the rear tire. Had a slow leak forcing me to stop every hour to fill it with air...I didn't have time to look for a U-Haul location for them to fix it due to the moving trucks scheduled.. I was forced to go to a stop that I had to get quarters for the air compressor.. I lost valuable time .. the windshield of the truck had bugs smashed and was difficult to see.. but we made it ... the place I returned the truck and equipment .. the guy was a super good guy ...

After just a couple of minutes of chatting with the friendly staff, I find myself longing for a change of atmosphere. YENSER RIt’s $19 something to rent and then the miles.why oh why did they charge me at the location $134 and then only having driven 17 miles get charged $100 total.where did the other fees come in.I don’t recommend U-Haul to anybody.
