Absolutely no way I should be picking up a 20 ft uhaul on damn near empty at midnight with all gas stations closed nearby. That's a disaster waiting to happen.

your company was never use again The truck went to was 30 dollars and somehow my bill came to be $157. I will never ever ever ever ever use U-Haul again

If a U-Haul employee spends a day inspecting a vehicle, will they record it after that time? I recommend recording the exact time the equipment was returned, as I received an email showing 1 hour and 22 minutes after I dropped it off. Thank you.

Information about the toll/ez pass policy should be part of the rental procedure. You ask so many questions. I think this should be added to it. You should be up front about the toll charges and reminding people to use their own ez pass if they have it.

Your servers are always down and causing hold ups, i rented this trailer twice and the locations changed on the website but did not update me on my app

Perhaps have the employee come out with the renter to go over the truck. I was just handed a key and was told where to go find the truck. There was damage on my rental that I would have been more comfortable leaving with if the employee seen it before my departure.

Staff went above and beyond to check us in. I have been doing a theatrical show in nyc and have been going so hard. I arrived right before close and they still took the time to get my stuff moved in properly. I would definitely like to thank the attendant and the manager for their help.
