none that I can think of. Everyone was helpfull at my pick up location and at my drop off location. The rate was fair and the transaction was made clear and went smooth and quick.
Jerry WThe AC on the truck I rented didn’t work. They never mentioned anything to me. We had to drive it for 260 miles round trip without AC. I let the people there know and asked if the previous renter had mentioned anything to them.
Nolberto CRenew the 10-foot truck fleet a little bit more. Most have one problem or another. Facility very clean and orderly. The supervisors and other employees are very attentive and helpful. Great staffing.

Carlos GI rent the U-Haul truck from South Texas to move to Tallahassee, FL. However, the box truck was leaking because of the rain on the way. Most of my mattresses, bed, computer, and cotton chairs were wet and damaged. However, they did not help and support me in anything. I called them and left many messages, but no one responded to me. My sons did not have a mattress to sleep, but they did not care. Is this U-Haul???

I would have given an excellent rating but the windows inside and out were quite dirty and the exterior of the truck should have been washed off. Interior of the cab and inside the box were very clean. Still satisfied with the quality of truck I was given.

The manager Elvia advised me that I should have requested first month free when I made the contract a month ago. I told her I did but she just kept repeating the same information. She also said she could not credit my card the amount charged for the first month. I will be calling the Uhaul center to try and resolve this issue.

There was one exception with one of the employees in which he told me that was ok for me to go and get the lock when I was getting all my stuff from the storage and when I came back to return the unit, he closed the store in my face and told me it was too late, even thought I asked him if I had time and if he would have wait for me and he said yes. It took me, about 5 to 6 minutes to return to the store. Besides that experience, everything else was great! Rest of the staff is somewhat friendly.
