Only problem with the storage facility was they seemed to keep having problems with the security system. The pass code access was hard to see west facing when checking in or out at times of day. As we moved out a service technician was working on security system. Good job on addressing problems.

Great people and equipment! Horrible robot phone system and email overload with emails that contain links to your receipts instead of the receipts themselves. A trailer rental should not generate 7 separate emails, with the return generating another 5.

One thing I noticed about the North 5th location compared to the pole line location in Pocatello when you rent one of the trucks at the pole line location they mark where they want the gas gauge when you return the vehicle unfortunately they didn't do that at the North 5th location but other than that customer service was spot on very professional and I would recommend them to a friend

The vehicle had to be jumped 2x due to the battery. I was also no called before by your team as was stated. Therefore I didn't know I was driving a larger truck. Same cost so not a huge issue.

Customer service experience was awful. Drew was arrogant, impatient, and rude. We had several issues to resolve when returning our equipment, and Drew did not handle the situation in a professional manner at all. My husband and I have worked in the service industry for decades and were appalled by his extremely unpleasant conduct, which made us very uncomfortable throughout the entire interaction. We also found that we were charged for multiple fees that should not have been added to our final bill. We will be contacting UHaul at the corporate level to discuss these issues, and will never ever return to this UHaul location or recommend it to others.

Randomly jumps rent. Refused to help me access storage unit but they’ll sure cut it to sell your stuff when you don’t pay. Communication is a joke. Never notified of anything just through fee after fee and then decide to call when they’re ready to sell off all my belongings.

The guy there was just pretty rude when I returned. No biggie but a suggestion. After a long hard day moving, when I returned, walked in and he just yelled “we’re closed. Put the keys in the drop box”. I get it but a kinder, customer friendly response would’ve been appreciated. Other than that small suggestion, everything was great! I loved how easy the online check in was.

They gave a truck that AC does work and only flows extremely hot air. This made me makes multiple stops during my trip delaying for an extra day implying more money in hotel and food. This trip was an inferno. GM I’m on of the Deber location where I stoped checked the truck and it looked like this truck did get inspected before giving it to me. On top of AC issue, I had to spent the entire trip fighting a truck that was constantly pushing the steering wheel to the right. I had lot of scary moments on the road. I stop in my UHaul location in OH and they didn’t even pay attention to what I was saying. I’m very disappointed with the over all service.

Everything worked well. WE travelled 695 miles with no problems. The tires were very good as my worry is a flat tire.. The staff at both ends were great and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Thanks Uhaul!!

When I went in to rent the truck, the vendor insisted that I get coverage in case somebody else causes damage to the truck. It was an additional $60.00 charge. I refused and the vendor started giving me attitude about needing the coverage. I explained to him that I was only renting the equipment, I wasn't taking it out into the country side to vandalize it. Not for certain, but he seemed to profile me (based upon my registered address) and the address where I was taking the equipment too for the rental. The equipment checked in just as good as when I checked it out and there were no damages. Therefore, there was no need for the additional coverage. Why is it the vendor felt the need to question me? Isn't the customer always right!!!! May not use this location in the future if this is how customers are treated!!!!!!!!!!!

I had pre-checked online. I was called the day before to check if everything was still on. I showed up 10 minutes early before my pickup time. Everything was ready. Took me 10 minutes to verify and sign contract. Great experience. Would highly recommend this location and experience. The turn in of truck was just as easy.

My daughter is a student at ISU. We just needed storage for the Summer. It was better than having her pack it all home. The sign up schedule, payment plan was very quick, convenient and fairly priced. Definitely will return in the Spring 2025

Though I understand the need for the process and appreciate the ability to drop off at any time during the day, the checking back in with the app is a bit much. I had to take at least 6-7 photos of each angle, and after a long day of moving, it was pretty exhausting.

I mistakenly ordered a second story unit. This wouldn’t work for me because of the lifting. I called the Uhaul office and they switched me to a ground floor unit without any problem. Very accommodating and pleasant.

Both Daniel and (nice young man on 6/13/24 at appr 9:30am) were super helpful and professional. I originally rented a unit that in reconsidering would be way too small. I went 6/14/24 and Daniel graciously looked for a larger unit and helped me transfer over to that one. Appreciate them both very much!

I've been with the U-haul storage for about two years on and off and I've always liked the fact that when I need to move in there's always a unit avaliable.the staff are very friendly and understanding when I'm un able to make a payment on time and willing to make shore that my belongings are safe and secure. I would recommend this place to anyone.

High priced for climate control storage didn’t seem that way, as Ice on the floor is an indication of that….a smaller yet claimed to be climate controlled but not. 1/3 the space for a higher price. Had unit all cleaned and ready to rent out on the 23rd but payment for February was pulled out on the 19th.

I suggest that Uhaul improves the pest control in the storage units. We cleaned and wrapped everything, but we found mice excrement on the floor. We had to throw away some items, clean everything again, use gloves/face masks, and still feel unsafe.

Not having the option to prorate the unit seems a little ridiculous. My business had to store other property and we had to wait 30 days before we were able to remove it. The 30 days happen to land on a weekend so instead of paying 1 day of prorated rent I had to pay the entire month FOR 1 DAY! I will never use this service again.
