Julia j | Overall ExperienceAll of the staff are extremely friendly and professional. I have had storage units for 25 years. This is by far the best storage facility I have been to around the country. The new facility has drive in bays to back into the building to get out of the weather. Plenty of new dolly carts to facilitate unloading.
Jane S | First ImpressionsEverything,,,can be improved..I had my Father in-law lined up to pick up the truck and the day before scheduled pick up I was called and told the the truck needed to be picked up at another place. I asked if they could bring the truck to the original place since he had all of the information. They told me no our trucks cant be picked up at another place, which is ironic because they are constantly changing places as they are used. So I resent all of the information to my in-laws by phone and email so they didn't forget. He goes to the other location and is informed upon pick up that they have no dolly available. Mind you he is overweight, 74 and not in great health. The fact the he is overweight but it is your problem, when I reserve a dolly weeks in advance it is.. NOT happy, he insisted he could do this to help us out. I am out of state finishing up work prior to our move. I had call my painter and ask him if he could meet him over there to help unload since he doesn't have a dolly. I am very disappointed. Just get your shit together, moving is challenging and any change adds to that. Unhappy 58 year old, Craig Best 406-544-7310

erica m | First ImpressionsWe had never rented a truck before and stated that to U-Haul. We asked a lot of questions but when taken out to the truck they stated to just drive out. No information about the truck or manual. After leaving we noticed a text stating we were to take pictures but by then we were timed out. We had to go on line to find out how the 6 speed worked for hills. Everything went fine. I don’t think the individual at the store knew anything but how to do the billing. Sad!
