abraham c | Overall Experience7 am-10 pm access supposedly. I arrived at 9:50 pm for a small load drop-off. I checked in ok, but no doors would open. Not the sliding walk-thru door, not the vehicle garage doors. Not the after-hours door. "Access denied" on the screen. Nothing worked, although I was able to check in and out with my card. I pressed the button on the scanner that says 24-hour response, when pressed but no response. Nothing I had been told about access after attended hours seemed true. I expected to be able to get in before 10 pm and out a few minutes later, but I had to return home with my load. Very disappointing for a first-day rental.
