BENJAMIN DServices needed to be explained more thoroughly. Explain what happens if you need to keep the vehicle longer, including charges that you can get as a result. I called to extend, and none of this was mentioned. The truck was old (12 years old), but was mostly fine. Minor issue with the blinker. Staff were pleasant and helpful, save that one issue.

JULIE SN/A When I travel to this state I have had issues in the past as these locations as theyare not up to par with back home. The new team at this location is absolutely great. The vehicles are well maintained now, clean and managed well. The only issue is that I had issues with the tires on day one but I was traveling so my home location fixed the issues immediately. I then had one of the other tires decrease in air after it showed and I preceeded to go and simply change it but there was no jack or spare tire in the car. Waiting for roadside assistance for more than 5 hours is unacceptable. I was told no one was "up" at the time. I needed a tire and to be pulled out of the snow but there was a 24 hour tow service in the area which we called ourselves and verified that it was open...

Sometimes you don't know what pepople are going through so we didn't say anything but the encounter defininely left a bad taste in our mouths. The equipment was in good condition. Would I recommend this location, yes and no. Moving is stressful, a friendly and helpful person goes a long way.

DAWN JVehicles and trailers should already be inspected before customer pickup. Had to go through 3 trucks before one was actually able to be taken home. Taillights and brake lights were out.Took way longer than expected because of this.

don R | First ImpressionsThe facility manager was rude even when you tell them understand about something they accuse of a problem they are having in there facility and explain u will be there as soon as you can while dealing with a family issue and ur own medical issue they demand for u to get there or she will terminate ur contract and after u do what she says and you are told the will contact u the only thing u get contacted about is to pay ur bill nothing else and I have had a storage units with uhaul at 2 other places in Texas and never ever have I had the problems or issues or being accused of anything like I have had with this facility manager. I don't have any problem with uhaul just the person at this property.

I paid extra for a secured building but when I tried to gain access as promised, the grounds were consistently blocked with Uhaul equipment. When I tried to get help from office staff, I was ignored. The manager had the attitude of too bad, too sad. When I tried to escalate my complaint, I was given a huge run a round. When I finally corresponded with the area manager, she didn't follow through with promised reduction of rent due to losses. I will never use a Uhaul storage facility again, and will definitely discourage others from doing so.

Denise B | First ImpressionsOn today, June 4 2023 I went to move more things into storage and the elevator was out of service. I do know things happen that are out of your control, but it was very hard carrying my belongings up the stairs as well as the long walk to my unit. So my suggestion is to have trolly’s on the second floor as well for when incidents like that happen to accommodate your customers. If I’m paying over $150 a month for a storage I shouldn’t have to tug my belongings upstairs by hand and walk a long hallway. Other than that, I have no complaints. Thank you
Destiny H | Online Move InVacated Unit, yet was charged for the next month anyways by auto-pay, absolutely no return call follow-ups when I called multiple times to get this addressed. I should not have to call every day only for this to not get addressed. My past experiences with this location have been great, and I am a good return customer, but this experience has me rethinking my opinion of this business. This needs to be fixed, without me having to spend a lot of time calling about it, it is wasting my time and I do not appreciate that.

When we finally were able to move our furniture out of storage and into our new space everything was as clean and dry as the day we put it into storage. When we show up with all of our stuff after a multi state move they say they haven’t had availability at that location in months and were not sure why online keeps allowing people to make the reservations. They also noted that they noticed it the day before but never called us to tell us which caused us to lose two hours of our day driving there and dealing with it. When they moved us to a move expensive unit, there was a giant bubble of water in the ceiling held up by plastic causing us to have to refuse the unit and go somewhere else.
