The trailer had prior structural damage so that the door could not be latched open. This was a challenge unloading and loading in thousand mile per hour winds!

Timothy GThe van was cleaned and ready when I arrived. The guy that attended me was really nice, I don't remember his name but really helpful when I picked up the vehicle and upon its returned. Also, the availability of products and wide range of opening/closing hours is really convenient. I'd suggest having a better indication (like a sign in Milan Rd or a better advertising when you get out from main road). The GPS says that the pick-up location is in the Walmart Building. Thanks and see you again!
Elena RVery pleased with service and thorough equipment use instructions. Would have been convenient to have a Full tank of fuel rather than a 1/4 tank to start out. But overall very impressed with equipment. Truck was brand new!

When attaching it to my vehicle, he explained everything and double checked the connections. Impressed and appreciated. The gentleman present for the return was at the shop before the 7:30 am posted opening time. Inquired if everything went well, I believe he actually cared. He inspected the returned trailer carefully. Equally impressed and appreciated. Two good employees!!

Jeff HDecent but extremely expensive for what I had to do. I wish I understood your rates before the morning I picked up...I would have done something different. Truck does not have running boards. It is very difficult to get in and out and became even more difficult as my legs wore out from loading. No cruise control...are you kidding? I know you're going to tell me it's a safety thing...that's garbage. Cruise would allow much better gas mileage and is quite safe. I've used cruise my entire life on cars and large vehicles. Thanks for having a radio system that allowed for auxiliary input. Bluetooth would be nice. Need to quiet the cab and order with more sound insulation. I think I lost some of my hearing. I guess that in the end, it's typical U-Haul. Money number one, customer number 1,000,001.

Sophia GPricing? Was quoted one price on line but when I arrived to pick up unit the price was twice what I was quoted. It took a lot of resubmitting my order to get even close to what I was quoted on line. And still never got to the on line price.

Destiny L | Overall ExperienceThe location had no address on the building. It did not have a barcode to scan. Uhaul is asking too much out of the customer for self pickup and delivery. If the customer is that much involved then the rates should be discounted for that service. Terrible experience for me.

Judy P | First ImpressionsThe person who helped me was lovely and very helpful. The location was terrifying and the parking lot was a disaster. Towing an empty trailer through the lot was stressful and the process was strange. It seemed like staff were staying in a nearly condemned building. I can’t imagine that’s comfortable for them. Very sketchy feeling, would not want to drop off after hours in the dark.
