Everyone was very nice and helpful. I originally called another store to rent a trailer but they didn’t have the one I needed so the employee on the phone looked for what I needed and made the reservation. She was awesome and very helpful. The two employees at the reading store were great and made sure I had everything I needed. I can depend on U-Haul!
Christy ZWe needed assistance with first removing the tow dolly from the vehicle. First, no real directions .... but at this location their were 2 kind young men who stepped up and was available and helpful. What a nice change to begin with. So we also went back to drop the truck off too. They were both courteous. Note: after that service I tipped.
Kathy KEveryone that I interacted with was super helpful. Deidre was exceptionally helpful on the telephone. My only complaint was I was not able to leave a review for the Crothers Brothers. I did call Brad and leave him a message, but he did not return my call. The two men that I worked with Jeff and Josh were excellent, but there’s no way of telling the company that.
MICHELLE WWhen I picked up the truck, there were about 8 people in line and no one in the store to wait on them. I did a mobile check in and just walked behind the counter to get the key to my truck. The number of moving pads I ordered wasn't provided and I also didn't get a furniture dolly, which I ordered.

kerusmila c | First ImpressionsUnfortunately, I had to drive extra miles in order to get this truck I needed. I had reserved for the downtown Cincinnati location about a week in advance. This resulted in me going over the mileage for the rental and had to pay extra due to this change in pick-up location. The Sharonville location was great other than this change in pick-up location.

Isabel GThe rental worked and the facility and workers were very nice. The wait time could be lower. I was frustrated to see the clunkiness and inefficiencies of the electronic systems that UHAUL requires employees to use.
Neil BSite is under staffed. Had to wait 45 minutes for service. Made the reservation on line but unable to complete the transaction via the app so I had to wait, and wait.
Alan BHad to call multiple times after the unit was returned for them to close it out and it took over 2 days from when the unit was returned and 3 phone calls that they never answered at the store and be transferred to a call center for them finally have them close out the rental.
Justin Sdidn't like the paper receipt was out, the associate said " we recommend that you reserve a unit 4 days prior" like how often does someone rent a moving truck. Had to utilize a 26 footer to move 2 pieces of furniture. Been coming here for years, this was the least pleasing.

DWAIN ANo signs for where to go, so I went the wrong way at first. Only one person on staff who wasn't helping the long line of people. The barcode outside for dropping off a truck is completely faded. Just a weird experience just to drop off a truck. I eventually figured it out but was kind of left in limbo if everything was alright until I got my receipt a few days later
DUSTIN SThe lock on the passenger door didn't seem to work and I let the guy know when I returned it. He said the passenger doors are difficult to work. If this is the case, it would be helpful to tell how to use them when they are picked up.
Tracie NThe Uhaul app needs a lot of work on the fluidity of the users experience. It constantly would hang with just a spinning progress wheel. This happened both with picking up and dropping off. Something more than likely was missed because of this. The app hung so long I decided to just drop my keys off since I thought I was done checking the truck back in. Then when I got in my car it finally kicked over to another screen asking for photos of the truck. Well I couldn't open the doors as they were locked and I couldn't get the keys back at that point. The worker there said they had many issues with the app as well.

dan cThis location is next to train tracks which are frequently blocked for long periods of time. Not U Haul's fault but it's a fact. The line was fairly long. This location seems rather understaffed. The price is twice what I would have paid at Tractor Supply. I will not rent here again and recommend others don't, either. It was a hassle.

Robert PThe staff traded off a couple times and kept running outside to check on something - I'm sure it had to do with 'is this truck available/accessible' since there were a lot of big vehicles moving around on their lot, but it would have been helpful if they kept us in the loop about whatever was going on. In the end, we still got our truck, just with a little more time spent waiting around for it than expected

Keith ICheck to make sure other U-Haul locations have not transferred your reservation daily because mine was transferred twice to locations miles away from where I stopped in and made reservations.
NOLAN GThe fact that my pickup location was changed 3 times was not a good and I really think some refunded is warranted for the loss of time and problems. The lady, KAthleen (i think) was great to deal with. excellent customer service!
Garry HJustin was GREAT! I had reserved a truck from budget 31/2 months ago to move my daughter out of her college house. On Friday of graduation.weekend they called me and told me they would not have a truck for me on Monday and for me to call a different company. I reserved on UHaul. While I had to change locations and U-Haul told me they only had a 20Ft truck, once I got to the location Justin was able to offer me a 5x8 trailer which worked out GREAt. I was so thankful and his customer service was awesome! He hooked it up and made sure all was good!

Ben MI was in a time crunch, the manager there took care of us. Not sure what happened that day but he was too slow finding the right truck for us. There were few other people behind us in line and they kept interrupting our checking out process.

Robert MEverything was good except the check in process is slow. The staff was great, but a line quickly forms because the process is so cumbersome. I tried using the app to check in but it was not working properly. It also was not working properly when I dropped off the truck. Also $1 a mile is expensive for a pick-up.
Thomas HThe trailer was clean and working properly, the only problem I had was the lack of personnel to assist me. When picking up and dropping off there was no one at the counter, I and other customers had to track down an employee to help us.

KHYLA N | First ImpressionsI had two blowouts on my trailer which caused me to be 6 hours late. Too late to get in the hotel I had reserved for me and my 3 large dogs. The delay was due to th the tires being old It made me too late to get to hotel and I had to sleeo with my dogs in the back of my automobile. They obviously don't maintain their equipment. I personally think I'm do a refund in fact corporate when I was online with their emergency guy said that y'all would could refund it but I ain't seen anything show up yet.
