I reserve the 26 foot truck and when I arrived on my pick up date of 6/16 they told me they don’t have the 26 foot. This really made my love day hell. I had it all planed out and uhaul made it the worst for me and my family. Uhaul gave me a 20 foot for the price of 19.99 for the mess up and that does not take care of the extra feet need for my move. I didn’t call uhaul for the price, I called uhaul for the long 26 foot needed for my move. Durning the day of my move and packing the truck I already knew it would be to small so half way with the truck done, it hit me that this is really not right. So I called uhaul customer service and told her what had happen and she came back and told me we will give you 50.00 credit. But once again the money does not help the truck grow for the feet needed in my move. I’m very disappointed I but my trust in uhaul for a BIG move for my family. This cause a lot of problems for me, my family and friends. I hope you guys can fix this so it doesn’t happen again thanks

I can't think of a thing to do to improve. I've rented here several times and never had a problem. They know their business and how to serve customers.

Very efficient process and U-Haul rep was very professional. Positive experience.

Tight internal access, tends to plug up with traffic from returns/service blocking access for new rental traffic.

Was told I could turn the truck in anywhere but when I tried here in Lebanon Oh they told me I had to take it to Sharonville or it would cost me $60.00 more

I had actually "rented" a moving truck through Budget. However, when I showed up at Budget, they didn't have a truck available (and failed to call and tell me prior). I was able to call Uhual and reserve a truck that same day. The reservation employee was courteous and fast. The employees at the actual Uhual location were friendly and helpful as well. Uhual saved the day for me!

Jay was extremely helpful and patient. He answered all our questions clearly. He was also very cheerful with all customers. This is the best U-Haul location I’ve ever been to

The check out process was great. The return process is normally great but was way too long yesterday. The one person doing returns was spending way too much time on each return. I was third in line and it took 30 minutes to simply return a trailer.

The only thing to bothers me is o was told that you all wouldn't charge my card until after.wr bring it back and this is the second time now that you all charged my card before knowing all the mile and everything. But due to that I am unsure if I will use your company.

Not enough parking space .....

The truck broke down in the interstate half way through our trip. The cause was an improperly repaired coolant system hose that failed. In addition to putting us in danger on the side of the interstate, the repair delayed us 5 hours and messed up my plans for unloading. I would appreciate some sort of compensation for my trouble.

Overall, the experience was good. The only opportunity for you guys for improvement is to streamline the process a bit. I had a truck rented to pick-up Sunday 6/3 at 2:00. I did the online check-in so I expected the pick-up to be quick. We showed up at 1:55 and there were 6-8 people in front of us and it took about 30 minutes to get the keys. I would think that the on-line check-in should make it quicker to process rentals.

Make sure to clarify exact location of after hours drop box. I had to look around for it.

Have the equipment functional. Shortly after getting on the road with the tow dolly, someone flagged us to pull over. The driver side taillight had fallen out of its socket and was dragging at the end of its electrical wires on the highway. It only had one of its 3 rivets intact when we picked it up. Apparently that one was not holding it. We used wire ties to hold it in place while we were using it. They wouldn't hold it for long because the plastic fenders were cracked where the 3 rivets went through the fender. So we kept pulling over and replacing the zip ties until we got back. Frustrating.

The checkout process is a little cumbersome. I understand the need to protect your property with safeguards, but perhaps have a sign or pamphlet explaining that 1) all equipment requires a 2 inch ball; 2) you need to have a contact person that will answer the phone right then (literally) - not even the best person is always available; 3) you need your license plate number.... etc. The process could have been hastened had I known all of that up front.
