Your customer service and leadership. I was lied to about the pricing as well as. I was told my pods would be at the location in Leavenworth for me to pick-up and empty my items out of the pod. I arrived at the Leavenworth location. Only to be told my items were just taken to the location in Shawnee. When I contacted the office the supervisor thought it was a joke and stated she had forgotten to call me to let me know my items were taken to a different location. Here excuse was because of the time. I'm still contemplating filling a formal complaint.

I got a flat auto transport and I had to leave in the morning. I thought it only needed air and it turns out the two right side tires had screws and holes. So I had to plug them and keep driving for 12 hours

Update your address on the website and make the customer entrance a little more noticeable. Main points to this outside of the constant praise I can give about my visit. I walked in with no reservation, the young lady was super sweet. She was able to accommodate my needs promptly and professionally. Her customer service skills were on point. When I went to get my equipment the manager who helped me was friendly, quick, and professional. All in all my experience was so exceptional I will ALWAYS look to this location when I need UHaul

It was a nice facility… big with no real signage so finding the actual desk at first was tough. Otherwise it was a typical U-Haul.

Really nice friendly manager!!! New clean location! Was a little skeptical first when I saw this huge new U-Haul center! Happy to get a new clean fully gassed cargo van! Will now use this location often!!!

Make sure the gas tank is full when a customer comes by to pickup the truck. In my case the tank wasn’t quite full when I received the truck but I had to make sure the gas tank was full when I returned it.
