staff was very helpful, answered all my questions, provided almost all the info I needed. Equipment was clean..needed to mark /confirm damage from previous users so that I didn/t get charged at the other end. No problems at the end!
KAY CI only have one issue your entire system was down when I came to pick up my vehicle and the location is 45 minutes from my house. So I wasted 4 hours driving there and back and were in the process of moving so I had to keep the truck longer than expected. If you could do a small eedind for the inconvenience and gas that would be be appreciated and make me chose your company again for future services.
Brenda fA misunderstanding of where to drop truck off resulted in an additional $284 charge. The iriginsl drop off was quite far from our destination. We were told as we got close we could either call or look for a uhaul. We left it at our destination location, clean, gas, and a day early. Im hoping this will be resolved soon

FREDERICK RRented from this location several times. The twin girls that help with the trailer hookup are always helpful and good to deal with. But the guy that took the trailer when returning has a really bad attitude both times I've seen him. He seems like he hates his job, slams things around and just complains too much. Everyone else has always done a good job.

EDWARD WFront desk staff was fine. Man who lead me to trailer very unfriendly. Ordered a 4x8 trailer to move 4 pieces of furniture. Someone changed it to a 6x12. Without confirming with me! They had 2 4x8 on lot. I did not want the bigger trailer due to more weight and more pull in my truck. I had no choice. This cost me additional money due to gas mileage while pulling bigger heavier trailer. Not happy with this rental at all, and will probably never hear from the company anyways!
STEVEN WHere’s the thing. The Naples store had two trailers that were broken so after and hour there wasting my time, I had to drive all the way to Ft. Myers and back! I think UHaul should credit me a day for my wasted time of a day.
Thomas TThe person I was dropping it off with was rude. Telling me to pull up to a stop sign. I did so and pulled the front bumper of my truck to the stop sign. He started telling me again to pull up to the stop sign. I said I am. After asking what do you want because the front of the truck is at the stop sign. He then says he wants the trailer at that stop sign. He was clear about what he wanted and was rude.

RONALD HI rent several trucks and trailers every year and have done so at this location for almost 20 years. To get to it I pass by at least 10 "mom & pop" locations because this location gets it. First time I had 2 girls working the lot and BOTH were very helpful, professional, and hard working. The quality of service between a dedicated U-Haul facility and some small business just trying to make a quick buck is startling.
MICHAEL WI had reserved my storage unit online and really didn’t want the unit that was offered through the online system. The gentleman that helped me on Saturday 05/03/25 was able to get me a better unit! The unit I ended up with is in the perfect place for loading and unloading! I was really happy with the change!
AMANDA VI could not drive into the u-haul location from route 41 because it was blocked with many unoccupied u-haul trucks. Had to go back out to route 41 do a u-turn then travel to a street south of the u-haul location. Next I drove down that street to a side entrance that was poorly marked in order to enter the u-haul establishment with my vehicle. I had a 1-7/8” ball on my vehicle when it was hooked up to a 5x8 enclosed trailer. After driving that day I didn’t like the noise coming from the hitch so I went to another u-haul location to have a 2” ball installed on my vehicle.

LARRY KI had interaction with 4 employees at 11401 S Cleveland Ave. Fort Myers, FL 33907. Every one of them treated me very well. They had answers for all my questions using the knowledge they had gained by working at U-Haul. I was very pleased. It wad s very good experience. Rick Wuethrich
RICKY WNeeded large furniture rubber bands to hold furniture pads, never heard of them.
JEFFREY BThe U-Haul facility at 2650 Fowler Avenue. Totally screwed us up. We had a reservation there and when we got there there was no trailer. You could improve your service by terminating their contract. The phone number that this original reservation was under is 812-345-6367. I called and tried to complain and they said someone will call me back in 72 hours and they didn’t. This is from your home office that the call was supposed to come from.

JAY DI wouldn’t recommend U-Haul to a single person, animal or bug. It wasn’t so much this location, it was the fact that I had a scheduled rental for a different location and they didn’t have my truck, they told me I went to the wrong location, which wasn’t put on my reservation. Went to the new location no one was there, went to another location and they had no rentals which then they booked me for this current location. I called scheduling or just customer service in general and everyone was quite rude. I am very disappointed and unhappy with my experience, I basically waited two hours to pick up a truck which delayed me by hours on moving. The girl working the pick up counter at this location wasn’t bad at all and I’m sorry if this lowers a score for her, but I had a terrible terrible experience for the entire day until I got home.

RONALD MI had almost had no gas. When I starred the truck the warning was on with 39 miles left so I ended up putting more gas in the tank than I needed. Otherwise everything was great.

SILVANA Mfirst of all, I was sent there from my original pick up location. ez-pz postal 19481 Tamiami trl was absolutely horrible. they had no record of me or my reservation. I had to show them my phone & printout. not friendly or helpful at all! waste of time
ALLAN SThe office staff was professional, kind, and courteous, making me feel welcomed. However, the young man who hooked up the dolly to my car seemed inexperienced and possibly having a hard day. He was not particularly polite and was unresponsive to my initial questions. When he did answer, his responses were blunt. After leaving, I had to stop because I realized the blinker light on the dolly—one he had been adjusting—was not working. He likely just needs better training to ensure a smoother experience for customers.

WILLIAM RReserved a van for specific reasons to move an office, got a boxtruck instead with oil covered flooring, because "someone changed it in the system ", without notifying us. Stood 20+ minutes in line, the person at the counter didn't offer any discount, etc. after the mixup, says "you won't pay more"... 😀😀

ALEX RI checked in with James yesterday to pick up my truck. Not a smile, nothing. Never even looked me in the face. Although I did notice when the next couple came in, he was exceedingly pleasant with them. Customer service is extremely lacking here. Even dropping the keys off I was met with such disdain. Does it cost anything to smile, Say goodmorning, how was everything? Air conditioning was in and out in the truck. I've rented here for many years. I will no longer patronize the U-haul.
