The first interaction was perfect, the lady did a great job, nice friendly. When I brought the truck back the sign says stay in the truck for return procedures. 20 minutes no one came out. When I went in and was standing there, the big back behind the desk, did not greet, make eye contact, make any gesture that she seen me? What the hell? Customer service? Nope, not her. I hate that for this brand new beautiful location.

Scot HWhile the truck was clean, it is a very old truck. Updated security functions in newer equipment would make the rental experience much better. Please also note that all personnel were very knowledgeable, efficient and helpful.

RONALD CIt took us 1 hour for the cashier to figure out how to ring our non profit up. She reached out multiple times for the assistant manager to help and there was no reply. The cashier was under the impression the assistant manager would be coming in any minute for their assigned shift and could help her but they never came. I had to ask the cashier to contact the next level manager to help her figure it out. The cashier was very kind but it was clear the management there is lacking. I will add that our company pre-requested a vehicle online. The set back caused a ripple effect of delays that negatively impacted our entire day. I would not visit this location ever again unless it was a last resort.
Telamon CApp needs work! Tried to use app after hrs. After several calls and almost 2 hrs later I was able to leave the pkg lot. Photos wouldn’t load and app wouldn’t let me continue. Furniture blankets weren’t in truck! Still got billed for them after talking w/several reps on phone. Need to refine after hrs pickup
Terri NMy overall experience was fine and the staff was helpful. I was charged a "Recovery Fee" of $5.00, however, and couldn't find an explanation anywhere in the paperwork This seems like a hidden fee that could be better disclosed.
