The customer service was atrocious, I really do not want to say this in a survey, but I don't think there is another way. The man checking me out at the counter was a prick! He was miserable and I noticed last time I was there about seven months ago when I rented a smaller trailer. He actually was mean to a older gentlemen standing next two me being checked out by a lady. I actually had to confirm a question he was asking and the older gentlemen thanked me and later in the parking lot said the same thing about that prick as I was.
ROBERT SThe person checking the truck out was outstanding. Thorough, detailed and did her job well. When I went to return the truck, it was simply, "give me your keys and I'll email you the invoice later". Didn't make eye contact, didn't even take a moment for customer service, but was sitting in a lounging manner, leaning back in his chair, was paying all attention to his coworker. It made me want to double check (and I did) that the mileage was right on the receipt because it caused me not to trust him.

KYLE AYour personnel are poor at customer service and customer relationships. The blond-haired woman booked a trailer for me. The service attendant could not find that trailer, so he hooked another one to my Jeep. That worked for the job, but I was concerned that I would be responsible for that trailer and not the one on my Jeep. I returned the trailer is less that 3 hours but wanted a receipt for the returned trailer. When I returned to the location the area was empty of personnel and customers. So I unhooked the trailer myself. Nobody to help, so I went inside to the blond lady. She coldly and abruptly shuttled me outside telling me that two men were out there. There were no men out there and I never saw two men. Now customers were backing up behind my trailer. The man showed up and told me that I could leave, and he would get me an email later. I tried to explain about the confusion and that I did not have the trailer booked to me. He cut me off and said that he was busy and needed to help these customers. These customers were behind me. I again approached the man, and he told me that he works here and knows how the system operates. I knew that the system failed when I was picking up the trailer. I wanted a receipt for the trailer that I was returning. He again told me that he works there I did not work there. He said that I don't understand. He did not understand my concern. He was not interested in my concern. I have rented from various U-Haul locations int he past and nothing like this has happened to me. The women came out and I told her that I wanted a proof of return. She shut me down and told me to talk to him. He will not listen to me. She stopped listening. The two of them began talking to each other and acting like I was not there. They were doing a lot of busy work organizing the returned equipment. He never would tell me that he had me checked in. Everything but my concern took precedence. I realize that I was irritating them, but they supremely irritate me. I expect to be listened to and respected when I ask for a simple receipt. He told me he sent the email. I was checking my email constantly. then he sat in a truck and told me to refresh my email. I did not have to refresh. My emails popped up. He had finally done what I asked and pretended that he had done it all along. I told them that I had it. To make her point of disrespecting me, she gave me a cocky, mocking fake smile and told me to have a wonderful day with an overly fake attitude. Point taken. I did start to film my jeep in the drop off area as perhaps my only proof. I recorded them ignoring me. At one point the lady threatened to call the police and pretended to call them as she pressed her phone. She told the man that I wanted her to call the police. I did not want her to call the police, but I let her know that calling the police did not threaten me. I was a customer who returned a valuable trailer, property of U-Haul. I wanted proof of return. Simple. They chose to go out of their way to not comply with my request. They showed me who in in charge at U-Haul, not me! Video is available at request.

MICHAEL MOne of the staff members (a guy ) at one of the counters didn't even look at me when I came. I just moved to the second one. The lady was nice. But after I got the keys, it was hard for me to find my truck. She was outside, and she saw me looking at every truck. She didn't offer her help untill i went to her and asked. Not very good eperience.

JAMES WI called the 800 number and they sent me here. I passed a uhaul the was 8 miles closer and had multiple trailers in there lot. Next time I will call the individual locations myself and save the extra drive.

DALE LThe woman at the counter who waited on us was rude. Extremely rude. For no reason whatsoever. One of the other employees even apologized to me four her rudeness when we returned the van later in the day. He said she had been spoken to repeatedly about her rudeness but nothing is ever done, so apparently there is a need for new management as well. She should be fired. I’ve rented vehicles at that location 3-4 times and have always had excellent service and been treated professionally. I doubt I’ll be back.

RICHARD VThe low rating on the location is based on two things: 1) Parking lot access is horrible 2) Reserved van was not there. "We overbooked". Fortunately, they suggested a slightly larger truck that worked for me. The truck was fine. I'm still going to use this U-Haul in the future because it's the best thing around for such a rental. It would be nice to have a rear-view camera.

ANDRZEJ AArrived at 6.50pm and the store was closing at 7.00pm. Staff were very unhelpful, the lady was on her phone on a personal call and the gentleman was just sitting behind the desk. They wanted me to un-hitch the trailer and do a self check in, reluctantly he came out to help and kept reminding us that they closed at 7.00pm. I can’t see why he had an issue checking a trailer in during store hours?
DAVID HSystems went down. Picking up the truck took close to 40ish mins. The manager finally took down my info manually and let me take the truck. Probably should've done that a little sooner. Everything else was good though.

SALLY RI booked a van online to move exercise equipment locally and was able to pick the vehicle up within 20 minutes. The staff was extremely friendly and efficient.
AMY PI had a reservation for a pickup truck and motorcycle trailer, and a set price. When i went to the location they said I needed a major credit card, I was going to pay with my visa debit. No one told me I needed a credit card! It even says on my reservation that a debit card with major logo is fine. I didn't get my .49 cents a mile and it cost me $250 more! I don't get it! And it doesn't make sense.
CHRISTOPHER NOnly reason it didn’t get an excellent is due to the physical site and relative difficulty of navigation in and out of it. Employees were fantastic and took care of all my needs.

When we picked the vehicle up we were told we could potentially be reimbursed for any unused mileage, unused days, or extra gas in the tank (we left 7/8th when only 1/2 was required - roughly $30-$40). Again, small item but it would be nice if these items were credited towards the storage.

Hallways not clean always debris of some sort in them I had even taken a broom and dust pan and swept down the hallway around my unit several times it was filthy. Then we were not alerted when the climate control was off and our storage was compromised so basically we were paying for a non climate storage and found out from another source when I called and went into the unit and asked it was true and the manager says they had been working on it. Weeks went by no climate control, yes I wasn’t told no call no email nothing! But when my bill is due no problems sending reminder and email and text? I am very disappointed as I have used UHaul storage in other states this issue never happened I had expected the same clean service Uhaul had offered and we received before this was the absolute worst. The manager very arrogant doesn’t seem to care at this facility and I understand good reliable help is difficult to obtain but please don’t take it out on your customers whom keep your business going.

JOHN R | Overall ExperienceI experienced many issues with this Uhaul location but especially with management (Store Manager named Cherokee). The office never answers the phone and it's re-routed to national with one hour+ wait times. You cannot make a partial payment online or through an operator, only through the store manager. There were two manager transitions and the 1st manager had changed my due date from the 4th to the 18th. The recent manager said, "well, that's why he's no longer the manager of this store" and threatened to sell my things on their auction on Wednesday (in 2 days) but the letter I had just received 2 days prior said I had to pay full amount by 8/1 or things would be sold 8/18 (and she was threatening 7/27). Anyway, I have never experienced such poor customer service and communication from an establishment, let alone a store manager. I then call national. I am informed my account was paid in full with my credit card on file 3 days prior(so why was she demanding payment over the phone and threatening to sell my things?! Even saying my things were worth more than my bill!!) I was not set up on automatic payments and was never informed via phone message/letter/email this was happening. I went to Uhaul to start moving my things and there's a lock on my unit. I go to the office and the store manager, Cherokee, is immediately rude AGAIN saying, "well, are you going to pay your bill?". I had to tell her to look in her system and she could see it had been paid and they are the ones that ran my card?! The day after I arrived at night and she and another employee were there when I arrived and 10 minutes in the alarm starts going off and we had to stop loading the car and leave. The very next evening I arrived and there were several cardboard boxes, garbage,a rat trap with poison balls spilled out, and a hand truck in front of my unit. I feel this was done in retaliation because when we argued over the phone. These are a few examples of her unprofessionalism, lack of tact and communication skills, and her passive-aggressive pettiness to retaliate to my frustrations. I emptied the unit a week early and will never deal with such immaturity again. I suggest you hire store managers that have college educations and a desire towards professionalism.

It was always difficult to pull a car up for loading and unloading. The facility is more equipped for renting out uhauls than providing accessible storage.

Other then that I will never use UHAUL again! I ended up having to pay more for a truck I shouldn't have gotten charged for because the lack of knowledge to help me get INSIDE a storage lacks. I got sent to a 2nd place just to be able to be moved and was given access, but arrived and access didn't work. Again, thank you to the manager who came out living far just to help me get moved in!! The confusion, and lack of description to help with the moving process was very unsetting. My move in process was very frustrating and pushed us back and caused alot of headaches. Then about an hour roughly on hold waiting for a customer rep didn't help much either! First time ever using uhaul and just very unsatisfied with them.

Jerry W | Overall Experience90 degrees is unacceptable. I understand it's Florida summer...but advertising a place as "climate controlled" should mean the temperature is controlled. I took pictures of the thermostat in the faciliy. Right when we got there it was at 90. After 15 mins it crept up to 94. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they didn't seem to think it was a problem. One of the associates even joked that the facility was without A/C for 2 full weeks last month. I was storing expensive, handmade acoustic guitars...
