I had a one way rental which allowed 5 days usage. I returned the equipment on the 2nd day. There should be some sort of early return discount but I was told there is none. Unfortunately you guys have a monopoly on trailer rentals so I guess you can charge whatever you want. I will definitely think twice before renting another trailer. Price was too high

needed to return trailer to different location. Did not need to empty my home after hurricane Irma. stopped at three locations found online two were not even there anymore and one did not take trailers. People at uhaul on phone were rude and un helpful and kept giving me different numbers to call. eventually able to return trailer in Sarasota fl. calling location where I picked up trailer and can get no costumer service there for refund.Added a lot of stress to an already stressful situation!!!!

Young guy that waited on me was very rude when I returen the rental truck. My initial agreement had to be mailed to me because the internet was down at the location so I never looked at it. I never paid any attention how much gas was in the truck, drove it 5 miles, took 21 gallons to fill it up. When I returned the truck I inquired about the gas mileage, the young man said I told you twice that 1/4 tank is all you needed to put in it which in fact he most certainly did not do any such think...he did top it off by telling me the next renter would appreciate it...certainly will not be me!

I was unable to return my uhaul due to Hurricane Irma. I was thus charged an additional day. I asked to speak to the manager of the store. The manager indicated despite the storm I could of easily returned the truck. This conversation was obviously falling of deaf ears. Clearly he was more interested in taking advantage of the natural disaster than helping a local customer- I've learned the best way to deal with this, is not doing business in the future. Very poor customer service during a time of crisis.

Terrible experience; customer service is horrible - everybody there is unfriendly. AND they charged me for 2 days rental when I returnedcargo van within 24 hours: van was rented 10:38AM on Thur Sept 7 ; went back to return it today Friday Sept 8 and I was there at 9:45AM, had to wait 45 minutes in line. They only had 1 guy working the counter and the propane station - it was insanity. So I finally gave the guy at the counter the key around 10:30AM - he said he'd enter and issue receipt when they could get around to it - which wasn't until an hour later, and that's why it shows 2 days rental when I only used it for one day. When I set up my order online via your website, I added 2 movers from one of your local movers. I called them the nite before to confirm & they didn't have me on their schedule as they said you didn't notify them. I had scheduled to pick up the truck at 9 & expected to have movers there at 10. They ended up squeezing me in, but couldn't be there until 1:30. It set my entire move back, if you could please research the issue & let me know I would appreciate it.

This location is very close to my new home and the drop off was quick and easy. Plus this location also offers propane refilling, so I will be heading their way for this was well! So I hope I will have the same great service!

This was the most god awful service I have received in a long time. I set an "appointment" time, show up early and walk into the location with a dozen people ahead of me. Not once during my hour plus wait was the crowd of people ever told anything. I wouldn't have been half as mad if the guy would've at least lied and said hey guys we had someone call out last minute, I'm by myself and I'm going to try and get you taken care of ASAP. Nope, just looked super mad that he was busy. APPOINTMENT :an arrangement to meet someone at a particular time and place . That's what I thought it meant, so what's the point in making a reservation time or appointment, if people who are just walking in get to go ahead of you after you have been sitting there 15, 30, 45 mins or more? On top of that, there's got to be some glitch in the system because for me to drop the tow dolly off in any other city in the state of FL was $75, but the one city I want to drop it off in it costs $250 somehow???? Just out of curiosity I put in from Sarasota, Fl to San Francisco, Ca.........what'd ya know it's $10 CHEAPER. Then I receive a call from someone at the corporate office that didn't know I had already rented and was calling back about my quote. I start telling her about the pricing issue and I get transferred mid sentence, and the next woman couldn't have sounded like I was boring her any more than if she was watching grass grow. My family and I have always used Uhaul anytime we needed to move. Now, I feel pretty confident in saying that'd I'd pa double to not have to worry I'm being ripped off or receive horrible customer service. I wish I would have read the Google reviews on this location before I used it. As well as a couple of friends after the fact, gave me the same story about that location. I don't know how you franchise out but this guy needs to be trained on some customer service or have i taken away. I would hope his attitude is not that of the people who actually run Uhaul. I'm not looking for a hand out, refund, or anything else. One nice thing would be actually talking to one person inside the Uhaul company that sounds nice, and at least partially concerned with customer satisfaction. I hope this at least helps a little, I never fill these things out and if I ever do, it's one or two sentences.

These questions are catered to make you look good. it does not ask how was the service we were given. for me a big zero. the worst experience of my life. first the location i ordered and was confirmed was changed to one 5 miles away. then when i got there there was only 1 employee and 12 yes 12 people in line. i waited over an hour. then I am told the truck I ordered and was sent to a second location to get was not available. then after a 70 minute wait in line, I get a truck that had a passenger mirror unusable as it pointed to the truck instead of the road and it could not be adjusted making for dangerous driving. the passenger door weatherstripping was literally dangling inside the truck and obstruction entry to the truck without having to duck under it. in my 57 years I have never had such a bad experience with a business. based on the 2 question asking for feedback on location and the truck and no regard to the service at all suggest this problem is an ongoing issue. that or u-haul simply does not care. I would suggest doing a survey with questions that actually can tell you something of importance to your customer..
