everyone I have dealt with in location has been helpful and nice and professional except for this one lady who works there. this is the second time I had to deal with her. her I-don't-give-a-shit attitude made dealing with her extremely unpleasant. there were a ton of trailers available but she told me I needed to wait for a truck to move some of their inventory. but she didn't know how long, maybe 40 minutes, maybe an hour, maybe longer, who knows... (while the trailer I needed was right in front of the door...). when I told her that I needed a trailer and that would have to go to a different location if she does not want to give me one she did not care at all. when I pointed out that there was a trailer right there, she was suddenly like: alright, let me get you that god damn trailer... while finishing her cigarette). everyone else has been amazing but I am not a fan of being treated like I am some random dumbo who disturbs her day when all I wanted was just rent a trailer...

Charged for an extra day even though it was a couple hours over the return time - which we were not informed of.

Turned the truck in a day early, put 21-gallons in it and used approximately 14-gallons. No compensation for the fuel and still got charged for being approximately 10-miles over estimated travel distance. Suggest having all vehicles with a full tank at pick-up location. Thanks, Robin

We dropped off at location which we were told was near to train. It was not and we missed flights. The passenger side was very burning hot and I burnt my leg many times. You need to let others no this. I now have a burn.

The U-haul location was excellent and the equipment met my needs/expectations. The app, however, needs a major overhaul. I was lucky that an employee showed up to work an hour before the location opened, because I was unable to check out a vehicle using the app. At every step the app froze and glitched causing the process to start over. If the ratings were separate I would give the app one star and the location five stars.

The parking is beyond ridiculous and the lot attendant obviously doesn't like doing his job or the customers and he's been there for years with that same attitude. The handicap spot was taken by someone who was not. I am and was told to park on the street behind their facility and had to walk a block to get there. The trailers were packed so close couldn't get through the parking lot. Words for improvement, change locations and get employees who actually care! As far as recommending, I guess there's not much of a choice. I booked at a storage facility 2 blocks from my location and uhaul doesn't see that the equipment is brought there. They relocated me to the main place 7 miles away and the place I knew from experience had horrible service I am not alone. There was another customer in the store who was livid due to the poor service he was attempting to get. Also. For some reason my account will not pull up with my phone number and the text you send come through just fine

Because only two people working, one getting people signed in and one moving vehicles, the line was long and the wait about 45 minutes, but the manager was efficient, professional and very pleasant under the circumstances.
