No issues. Process to rent and return the truck was a smooth process.

Danielle DUhaul needs a repeat customer or rewards system. I rent fairly regularly, the same thing. What I rent should be auto populated in the fields. Also, small issue…..the padlocks on the truck beds are always corroded/oxidized and very difficult to unlock and lock. I now carry a spray lubricant to fix the locks every time I rent.

DENNIS LMy biggest issue is the dealer knew what I was gonna use the truck for for pulling a trailer and the light package on the truck did not work and it took them over a half a day to fix it making me late for the event that I was supposed to need the truck for and that threw my whole schedule upside down… Perhaps you should check the equipment before you rent it

The lighting is excellent to be able to see all the way into the storage unit. Having the rolling carts available to help move items in and out is so appreciated. It’s an excellent facility.

DONNA RWhen the Sales Manager checked in the trailer said that I was going to be charged $260 because the trailer was the wrong number on the trailer and paperwork. So she said her husband said he would fix it and I would get a email in 15 minutes. Hours later I called the sales manager and she said she would send it again. I finally got it and it had all zeros on the receipt and I called again left a message about the bill and never got a response! I was also told because I returned the trailer 2 days earlier that I would get a credit. I see nothing that reflects that! So I’m not happy with the end result!! I also don’t know my final cost??!

JOHN TBeautiful new location with a lot of space and amenities. I liked how there were mock storage units in the show room, great idea! I think you probably need to hire a few more customer service agents as it did cost me a few minutes on my 2 trips there. I had to wait about 15 minutes to talk to someone to get my trailer dropped off (it was a Sunday). The next day (monday) was only maybe a 5-7 minute wait to get a CS agent to help with the truck turn in. All I really have to complain about is waiting completely reasonable amounts of time get talk to a CS agent, so honestly, your location is doing a really good job. Thank you!

TRACY DThe U Haul was dirty smelt passenger seat felt as the Springs were Coming right through the material cover. Had to actually use a pillow for lower back area of where that seat was worn down then used a strong medium to sit on and to help cushion the rough ride. The Whole Staff at the Ocala Fl 34481 on the day of Pick Up of U Haula and Car Tow was scattered/did not know what the other staff members were doing or where each other were located/Lack of Communication with one another/Was completely unresponsive to customers When it came to those coming in to pick up and drop off equipment there was Great Confusion and the line for waiting was curved around the displays inside the store. Auto Tows are Rusty/Non-Cared this was causing people to ask for cans of spray to get the equipment to work properly since a staff member was not available to assist. Took us over an HOUR and a HALF to be serviced and off the lot. Then realized before leaving lot with U Haul and Tow Hitch that there was absolutely NO ANTENNA attached for the radio to work. Inside was NOT wiped down nor vacuumed. Upon checking in the clerk could not find the proper paperwork. THE ACTUAL OWNER OF THE UHAUL COMPANY SHOULD TAKE HIMSELF AND DO A WALK IN POP UP AS A CUSTOMER AND SEE JUST WHAT OTHERS ARE RECEIVING AS SERVICE OR NOT. BEING THESE ARE NOT PRIVATELY OWNED FRANCHISES THERE IS A COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMERS TO HAVE TOP NOTCH FIRST CLASS SERVICE TO ALL. TAKE COME OF THOSE MILLIONS THAT YOUR FAMILY ENJOY AND PUT IT TO THE TRAINING OF YOUR STAFF AND A OVER ALL HEAD OF STAFF. COCKRILL/GROSSO 757 803 4764

Also, no lighting within the unit made sorting through contents of our boxes made difficult and tiring. Staff great! Carts and hand trucks helpful. Probably would choose typical, ground access facility in the future for short-tme storage and need to work in the unit.
