It's a lot like most dedicated u-haul locations, only difference is the amount of available equipment/vehicles. I don't think they would ever not have what you're looking to rent. With that, comes oversight and maintenance issues. The tow dolly assigned to me ended up leaving me without any lights in the middle of the night. The 4-way connection is mounted in such a way that it's destined to fray and fail at some point. A very poor design, not to mention the plastic fenders, completely torn-up from people trying to back-up when loaded with a vehicle. It's not possible, and u-haul relies only on printed material to get the message through. They employees probably don't mention it becasue that would sway a potential renters decision. Let's talk about the pricing... Nothing has changed with their tow dolly, probably the same one you rented many years ago. One thing that definitely changed is the daily rate. They're now $50/day, only if they don't get you with the upselling of moving supplies or insurance. Honestly, I can't believe people still rent trucks that only come with a ramp. Same logos, designs, hideous colors, lacking engines, lack of maintenance, but you can bet their prices never stay the same.

I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted outside by an employee that came out to check in my rental as I drove up. He was friendly and efficiently checked over the truck quickly. I was on my way in just a few minutes. Excellent customer service!!

Fix the loading ramps to be even with truck for much easier loading and provide a Chain that can handle the U-Haul Red Safe Lock to actually fit your chain. The Locks in the Snow and Salt get Rusted Out and they cannot function properly. We do actually feel someone actually may have taken some items from the back trying to inventory our home goods as we still are unpacking. Please charge rates that are reasonable for Everyone. Thank You

Will not recommend Uhaul due to poor maintenance that gets pushed off to a customer to pay. Basically I paid 40.00 to replace a tire Uhaul should never allow to be used by a customer. The drop off location indicated that I was traveling a long distance. This trailer should of been inspected.

Reserved vehicle wasn't available. Had to take a big truck, more gas, etc... Truck was on empty. Had to wait over an hour to pick up. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I will never us this service again!

I went into location and spoke to the girl with nose ring (name began with a T), she refused a rental stating she only had a 26ft truck. There were many trucks in the lot and I called prior to confirm availability. In order to get a truck, I had to go step outside and book online for that same day/time. Ridiculous! The gentleman there was helpful.

The vehicle had a transmission problem that was very ruff to drive because the hard shifting . I was granted a discount when I reserved but was not applied when returned the vehicle .

I received a notice saying that i didn't return the truck on time, i never said the time i was returning the truck, they had said they close at 7 pm and i was there at 6:06 pm so how was i late, then it said that they would report me. This is very upsetting and i will never rent from you again, I hate liars and i will tell everyone not to use this company cuz they lie,

Multiple emails asking them to process the card on file. John responded asking if just for the past due or the upcoming month too. I answered, but they did not process. Follow up email asking for the payments to be processed now, with both past due and the current, which at that point was passed due again. NO answer to any follow-up emails or voicemails. Next email stating they sold our Unit (largest one in the facility) that was full of hand-carved Philippine wood furniture, things brought back from Vietnam, Masonic items passed down from his grandfather, and irreplaceable items including documentation from 5 generations back for $144. There were no emails prior stating there would be an auction!!!!!! There were no calls made back to me!!!!! We have had this unit since our grandmother passed away over a year ago, and this lack of processing, communication, and notification ONLY occurred once I mentioned that we would be back in Florida the next month or so to clean it out!!!! My family will never recover from this. We are contacting the attorneys but it won't matter. The items are gone. I do hope you read this and think of us every time something terrible happens in your life. I have never left a bad review before, but this is the least I can do. Me and evert family memeber will post one.

I don't see nothing wrong in this establishment, since the first call to make the reservation a young lady went far a beyond and she was respectful, patient and helpful, to the young man in the counter who finish the rental, and also in the location at Leesburg the guy who received the trailer very helpful also. Overall excellente price and service, I don't use no one else but U-HAUL.

I used Uhaul years ago and my experience wasn't very good so never went back till I found this one. Very professional staff! Clean trucks very clean storage! Im moving all my storages to this location love it! Thank you Uhaul for helping make this a wonderful experience! Oh and the helper you referred me too? Omg so friendly and hard worker! Very pleased with everything. Bought several packing/moving items. However I did not realize how antiquated the cab of the trucks were specifically, roll up windows,hand adjust outside mirrors,locking of doors and no cruise ctl. I am a solo driver with a dog and needed to stop at rest areas and go around to lock/unlock doors, adj windows etc . Otherwise truck drove fine!

I rented a 10x20 when we got to the facility they gave us (2) 10x10. When we went to the office to explain that we needed a 10x20 they would not come to the door to see what the problem was. When I explained the problem, they would not do anything about it. We were forced to go to Istorage & rent another unit. I finally got moved & closed my account. They still have not even said they were sorry. I would not recommend this company. The failure to answer our knock that night cost me hundreds of dollars.

We have rented U-Haul trucks before and this time we needed a storage unit. The staff have always been friendly and welcoming. The facility itself is great. No electric outlet in storage unit - means no ability to run a floor fan when our "climate controlled" unit was not adequately climate-controlled. Also, no lighting within the unit made sorting through contents of our boxes made difficult and tiring. Staff great! Carts and hand trucks helpful. Probably would choose typical, ground access facility in the future for short-tme storage and need to work in the unit.

We are extremely pleased with everything about this storage facility! We would absolutely use it again and highly recommend it to anyone searching for a storage facility. It is super clean, well lit and secure, from the check-in process to the close out process it was very smooth. Customer service was excellent and employees all looked very happy to help and looked happy to be there. We also dropped our one way trailer off and also rented a local truck to use. The drop process was so easy and the pickup process was fast. The truck was very clean inside. A very well run facility!

Unit was too small for my 6'x12" Trailer. Had to bring alot back to my Air BNB. Could not squeeze one more item in. I do not understand how they think you can get a 6x12 FULL trailer into a 5x5 space?? Just CRAZY. NO WAY.

First time access to unit was annoying. 1- had no idea needed to go first to another key pad to register in before going to the ones next to access doors. 2- I was under the impression that storage units could be accessed 24/7 but that wasn't the case. 3- Access process is still kind of annoying.
