The U-Haul associate Michael H. was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. It was a pleasure interacting with him. That interaction was a factor in us renting the storage unit. The facility is clean, well lit, climate controlled, and very secure.

However I did not realize how antiquated the cab of the trucks were specifically, roll up windows,hand adjust outside mirrors,locking of doors and no cruise ctl. I am a solo driver with a dog and needed to stop at rest areas and go around to lock/unlock doors, adj windows etc . Otherwise truck drove fine!

When we went to the office to explain that we needed a 10x20 they would not come to the door to see what the problem was. When I explained the problem, they would not do anything about it. We were forced to go to Istorage & rent another unit. I finally got moved & closed my account. They still have not even said they were sorry. I would not recommend this company. The failure to answer our knock that night cost me hundreds of dollars.
