DENNIS LAll employees I encountered were very professional and helpful throughout the whole process. The facilities are spotless They provide dollies to take your things up the elevator and to your storage unit. Temperature is comfortable throughout the storage units so you’re not overheated during the process.

Kyle DBeautiful facility, wonderful people. The problem WAS, the unit was too small for my 6x12 trailer load? I had to take a load to my Air BNB to store there? VERY unhappy my movers had to jam things into unit. Scratched my computer screen, broke my husband's very nice BRAND New Corn Hole boards.
Tonya TPicking up and returning the trailer was seemless, the technician and location was great, but had an issue with the equipment itself. One of the tires was out of balance/out of round. Once there was a load on the trailer, the vibration was almost unbearable for speeds above 40 mph. Told the technician when I returned the trailer and he said he noted the issue.
Mike SDelivery to destination arrived several days early much to our surprise and helped expedite the conclusion of our move.

DENISE JUnit was too small for my 6'x12" Trailer. Had to bring alot back to my Air BNB. Could not squeeze one more item in. I do not understand how they think you can get a 6x12 FULL trailer into a 5x5 space?? Just CRAZY. NO WAY.

JOHN KTrailer had no jack, trailer was hooked up and tested with no problems when picked up, but when droping off at drop off, personel at location had no clue how to un hitch without trailer jack.

FRANK TThe rental experience and equipment were fine, The problem was the dolly tire straps would not go on tires. This was a 2013 Lincoln MKS that I did state I would be towing. This was not used, for my intended use and towed round trip empty. Waste of money.

JOHN RThe service agent greeting me - for dispatch / hooking up to go was attentive and knowledgeable, my experience for pick up was timely and swift. The return process was also fast and seamless. I also feel the rate was reasonable for the trailer that I rented for just a few hours. I will definitely be renting again. PS - the new facility at this location in Ocala is huge, and state of the art, and well organized for both rental, and storage! (the last person who rented this trailer was likely a lawn service professional - it was full of leaves and empty drink containers - but the representative blew it all out before I left.
LAURA CWe received conflicting reports about the location of our box which was most disturbing and indicates that for better customer communication and trust levels your company should be able to accurately inform the customer. We appreciate the speed with the delivery but when your “life” is in that box, please be accurate in delivering information about its location
