You guys charged me before hooking up the transport trailer and than found the light wasn't working. So you had to refund me and have me drive my uhaul 15 miles out of the way to get another trailer. Then 15 miles back. So I lost 30 miles on my rental, it took 2 hours for them to figure all of this out and I had to argue with the second trailer place because he was trying to charge me a way higher amount than what I was refunded for the original trailer!
RION JGave above average only due to ordered a dolly. Dolly wasn't in truck when arrived. They did remove the charge once informed. Also back of truck had some debrie left behind. Gas was at 1/4 when received return with a little over a half tank.
Garry Gonly thing that would have been better is if they had the appliance dolly I needed.

Barbara LI'm not sure if this is a fair review for you. I'm still waiting on a RETURN CONFIRMATION from this location with the receipt that shows the lower rate for the IN TOWN rental and not the ONE WAY rental. I returned the trailer Saturday afternoon and was told I'd see a return receipt shortly. I'm guessing that my shortly and Uhauls shortly might be off be a few day's.
MICHAEL MYoung lady who checked me in was excellent, explained things to me and was engaging in conversation. Return of equipment went just as well, will use this location in the future.

DALE KTruck was not maintained and needed to be in a shop. Truck needed to be serviced. Turn in experience was terrible. Taking three separate locations and three hours to return. Final destination was helpful.

KEVIN HUnknown charges to my account. I would like to know what was charged without my involvement. I used vehicle for one hour and returned and placed the keys in the night drop. It's not good when someone pokes to card without knowledge. My telephone number could have been used to communicate.

MARK WThe agents who helped me were incredibly helpful. It was rare, beautiful day in Washington yet they were very courteous and cheerful. I only wished I got their names so I could share it with you. I do remember the young lady who helped had a leg injury and was on light duty. The story was a little bit out of my way but I would l use this location again.
Fred RGas was siphoned out of vehicles the night before and I was promised a discount for returning the vehicle with more gas then I picked it up with. No discount applied. Very upsetting.

BRANDON BI would recommend U-Haul but not this location. The workers especially Amalie and GM David Kotter they both have terrible customer service skills and they don’t care about the customer experience or satisfaction.
ERIC UEverything went well, plus I was surprised at how well this Dodge van maneuvered. The cargo area was really easy to load, while I was able to stand straight up in the back.

REAGAN ECustomer service for road side assistance was great. But the bolts where put on the fenders wrong and it blew 2 tires. I sat on the side of the road for 4 hours to wait for someone to come fix them. I should have only had the trailer for less than 2 hours and I had it for 6. They shouldn't have charged me for usage for the trailer as it took way longer because of their mistake. But road side service had good communication. Not so much for the store itself.
JASEN MThe ignition on the uhaul I was given obviously was broken. It made it hard to start. Someone had previously tried to of stole the uhaul but ignition wasn't fixed thoroughly. Also on a side note, the antenna was broken so I couldn't listen to the radio.
JANELLE ZThey forgot my hand dolly but managed to charge more for it. I was moving from Washington State to Texas 2,200 miles and they gave me one that had a fuel tank with JB WELD on it. Which came apart partially through my trip. Not really sure when until I noticed I was running out of fuel and fast.

TRACY LThe truck had a pretty bad clunk when turning
TREVOR GThe rep David was not pleasant. He told us that he didn’t want to be there. I picked up the truck with an empty tank. When I was filling the tank, the gas began to run out of holes in the tank. We had to wait over 2 hours to have the “repair” done. We discovered that one of the repairs was still leaking.
FELICIA SUse different inside window cleaner. The one used now, leaves film on window. Making very difficult to see in sun light.

DAKOTA SI ended up at this location because the Lakewood location did not have my reserved trailer at the time of my reservation. I was about 30 minutes to pickup when Lakewood called me and said I would need to choose a different location for my rental. Then after all said and done the store manager was upset that I requested a credit for the reservation guarantee not being met. That is really disappointing.
ADAM COriginal drop off location was not able to revive my drop off and got told to go to another location to drop it off.

lea w | Overall ExperienceCustomer service was great but right when we got to our home to start loading things up, we opened the back of the truck and there was a huge piece of human poop at the very front of the box. I don’t understand how that happens in the first place and how it got missed if the vehicles are supposedly thoroughly cleaned and inspected each time. It was an easy enough clean up because we didn’t want to have to drive all the way back and try and get a new rental. Completely disgusting and never should’ve happened in the first place.

denis a | First ImpressionsThis whole review is directed towards the Uhaul at 9601 Pacific Ave. I was supposed to drop off my truck at that location and got there at about 4:30 where the gentlemen working informed me they were closing, even though the closing time was supposed to be 7. So they wouldn’t take my truck or let me unload anything and made me wait an extra day to do so. While I was at this location I requested them to help guide me drive my car off the trailer. The gentleman “helping” me first wanted me to reverse off the trailer without even lowering the ramps until I said something. Then he proceeded to tell me to reverse back while the chain is still connected to my car. Now I’m experiencing some steering issues on my car. When I finally was able to reverse back, the gentleman was not directing me and my car fell off the trailer and scratched my bumper very deeply. Worst experience I’ve ever witnessed at a uhaul in the years I’ve done business. If he’s unsure how to do it, why risk the damage and continue to go through with it ?? Will be consulting a lawyer.

The locking set up is really poor, I don't think that the lock I put on it is even gonna help secure my belongings. The facility is poorly maintained and needs to be remodeled or completely redone. The price for the storage unit for 10x10 unit is not worth it or risking my belongings being stolen in that location. I will be looking for a different storage unit elsewhere, and move to a better storage unit for the same price.

I felt lied to, disrespected, and threatened by her Customer Service actions telling me that the price is the price and if I didn’t want it that she could just cancel my contract. No professionalism. No integrity. She also did not apologize for her actions of the prices she offered me or for giving me the wrong price. False advertisement. Defrauding a disable person. Manager states $74.95. At ring up charges $99.95 when she was specifically asked for a space down stairs to accommodate disability. No follow up from other managers to address and fix concerns. Every person you try to get help from is rude or is not willing to go above and beyond to retain customer satisfaction. No follow up from corporate office.

So I really don't know what I owe at this point which makes me upset. Since the way I work leaves me with the online service to use this really hinders me being able to use your facility.

He comes up to me and says in a condescending tone “this place closes in 3 minutes, you need to wrap this up.” I told him that I thought the access was 24/7 and he replied that it’s not anymore because people were caught living in their units. I’m upset that he talked to me the way he did and also because this place is advertised as open 24/7. That new employee also paints his nails white and has an ugly haircut.

Charles A | Overall ExperienceThere was some debris on the floor and outside the unit in the hall including a broken lock on the floor right outside the unit. There is also a rodent bait station which I guess I should assume Uhaul put that there and I should leave it there. An explanation would be helpful though. It is also a disposable one so I dunno if it's empty and should be thrown out. The Uhaul video explaining that the passcode is for a gate code and a door code. This location doesn't have a gate like in the video. It has two doors and three keypads for passcodes. Which seems weird. I had to try all three to figure out which two I am supposed to put the passcodes in. I also don't know if their is another entrance to the storage since there are so many Uhaul vehicles around the entire building. It is also a rental place so it is very hard to access the storage.
