I will update this when this situation is taken care of but I rented the U-Haul in Spanaway at seven something in the morning and I returned it to the Marysville location after midnight between 12 and one and saw on my bank statement the next morning that there was a 59+ Charge pending on my account and I called Marysville and they said I kept it for a extra day and I talk to a Denise and she was going to message the manager to have them call me and after waiting a little bit a call back and talk to Amanda and she also messaged The manager as I was getting a little irritated from not finding out what's going on and just because somebody checked it in after seven something in the morning it was not mama and in person check in as the keys were left in there it was an overnight check in and I'm wondering how many other people this happens to you it's not right they need to reiterate with their check in people to double check this timeslot I just saw that there was a spot for the drop off and is soon as this is cleared off then I will comment with them

don't charge them for fuel when they have already filled up where it was when they left with the truck. 2.16 miles to one gallon of fuel is pretty steep. don't cheat the customer out of money.

I had reserved a 26' truck on Tuesday June 27th for a one way on Friday June 30th, the reservation was supposed to be one way out of town because the location I was going to was over the 50 mile in town limit. I was called on Thursday June 29th at 7:30PM stating they do not have a 26' truck for me and to give them a call back, but they were closed? So I wasn't able to speak to anyone. About a half hour later I got an email stating I still had a 26' truck to pick up on the 30th. When I get to the location the very rude girl tells me they don't have a 26' truck (even though one sat out in their parking lot ALL DAY) and told me I would have to take the 20' truck and that my reservation changed from out of town to in town move with a limit of 50 miles. I had to call customer service to get them to give me 200 miles because I would now have to make 2 trips to my new home to get all my stuff. The girl at the spanaway location informed me I would be returning the truck there. When I went to return the truck the next morning I saw on the paperwork I was to return it to the Shelton location by 10:30 and not the 11 I had reserved. So I called the spanaway location to try to explain to the extremely rude woman that answered the phone that I would need at least 58 more miles because the truck was in Tacoma not Shelton and she basically called me a liar and told me I was just trying to get free miles!!! So I just paid the extra $60 when I got to the Shelton location for the mile overage because I was tired of explaining my situation and waiting on hold with customer service for hours. I've NEVER been more disappointed with a uhaul location my entire life and I will probably never use uhaul again because of this absolutely unacceptable and terrible experience.

the staff at this location has terrible customer service, waited 35 minutes for service to pick up Van. Upon return waited 15 minutes with equipment then had to go inside to get some one to check it in. I won't go back to this location.

Uhaul need to check their computer reservation system it sucks. At 9:30 PM the night before I was to pick up my truck you call and tell me I have no truck and have to go 15 miles more to get a truck. Then you say sorry you get a $50 for your troubles still haven't seen that either! Been a long time customer mite be my last with Uhaul!

I reserved my reservation 3 weeks in advance at a location 2 miles from my home and then was called the day before to be told My equipment wasn't going to be available at the requested location and that there wasn't the requested equipment available in the entire city of Puyallup. This required me to go to a location 10 miles out of my way. I requested twice to be contacted by a manager and 4 days later still have not been contacted. Upon arriving to the location out of my way there was an excessive line of approximately 5-6 other renters waiting and 2 people to work the counter. Overall my experience poor and lacking customer service.

I would be a much better experience. If certain things were explained prior to rental. Recently rented a truck. Then I realized that uhaul charges the 14.00 dollar protection, blankets, and dolly everyday. I could understand mileage, also a daily rate. But to be charged for a dolly plus blankets everyday is ridiculous. Also protection plan. These should be one time charges. It seems as if they purposely not tell you all of this up front. To get you for extra charges. Not good. These blankets plus dolly are already in the vehicle to start with. Should be one time charge.
