Usually its a pretty bumpy road when I have to deal with U-Haul, however a lady by the name Brittney nail it out of the park with the service that she provided. she was professional, a wealth of knowledge and just a great person to have on your team, Great job Brittney and U-Haul. I'm just guessing but she will be climbing the corporate ladder as I'm sure others have noticed her awesome skills. Thanks again Brittney.

I originally reserved a trailer at South Hill location and it was not available. They called Spanaway and switched me there with the promise of $50 reservation guarantee credit. When I asked at Spanaway they told me it would be credited to the card I reserved with. It has not been credited. This is the 3rd time the trailer I reserved wasn't ready, I got the credit the last 2 times. It is frustrating to make plans and then not be able to keep them.

I was taken care of VERY quickly. The other sales person asked if I had been helped also.

I made a reservation over a week ago for a utility trailer going one way. There are more than 3 uhaul super stores within 10 miles of me. Two days before I needed it, I was informed by uhaul that the only utility trailer for a one way rental was over 50 miles away, and across a toll bridge.

Make sure to have the trailer that was reserved. We were given a trailer at the same price but it was a little irritating that we reserved a certain size and were give a different one.

I wanted a short amount of time. I picked the 6 hour(?) might've been a 4 hour rental... not sure. Anyways, when I arrived the gentleman was nice and courteous but once we discovered the trailer you were renting to me had defective turn signals. I felt immediately blamed for how 'my vehicle' wasn't working. I wasn't too fond of that. I 'very quickly' returned in... 1h 45min-2hr... and I asked if I could get a discount for returning so quickly. The same gentleman checked me out and then gave me a backwards 'wave off' as in like... now, we're done. Not even a 'thank you' or have a nice day... it wasn't spoken like this, but it felt like a... get out of here, feeling. Anyways... I'm glad I got my car towed, so in essence I got what I wanted but I wasn't happy to have done business there...

The general manager on duty 6/30 clearly wanted to be anywhere but at her job. She made no eye contact and acted put-out throughout the entire process even though I had done the application online. She had very little to do in order to complete the process. I ignored her rudeness and acted as though she was treating her customer appropriately. When I returned the truck, I went to the "Equipment Rental" return entrance but didn't realize I was supposed to pull up under the canopy. No one mentioned this - even just as a helpful comment - when I first checked out the truck. No big deal, right? Well, the young man (red hair/star tattoos on his arm(s)) made a snarky comment when I was walking out of the store to move the truck to the canopied area. I cannot recall the comment verbatim, but it was to the effect of "How could you not see it? It says it right on it!" I made a comment to this out loud as I continued walking out of the store, so he knew I heard what he said. I said nothing derogatory - just that it was an unfair comment he made. I should have confronted him, but I simply wasn't in the mood. When he and the general manager came out to inspect the truck - now under the return canopy - his demeanor had markedly changed. I have no respect for people like this. To be rude behind my back and then be friendly to my face. What an immature and cowardly person. And still the general manager's mood had not changed at all. If she doesn't want to work there, I'm sure there are plenty of other jobs out there that she doesn't need to face the public. Also, saying the truck is 20.00 to rent is really misleading. Not that I didn't expect to pay further fees, but small errands - one trip to the dump and to drop off a lawn mower for repair became 88.00 (not including gas). Is that a ton of $? No, but the advertised "19.95" really does lead people down the proverbial garden path.

The clerk was very rude and unprofessional when I went to rent the truck. The clerk who helped me once I returned the truck was very professional and nice.

Rented a trailer in Washington state. The tire blew out one hour or so into travel and caught on fire. Fire dept called because trailer and highway on fire. The company came out and replaced the trailer which was carrying my car. We were charged for 2 days being late.

Once again, great customer service for both hooking and unhooking my trailer. Positive attitudes, attention to detail, and an interest in the customer...all to their credit. I will continue to rent trailers from them; thanks!
