I had set up for 3 storage units and the young lady i think her name started with the letter D. Im sorry can't quite remember her name but she assured me that everything was in place and perfect. I am disabled individual so my children had to assist me with the move in. Once the movers and the children got to the storage facility the person in charge was unable to find my reserved rooms and it took more than half hour for the movers to get them into the rooms because the haul personal could only find one room reserved in the system. So this caused a lot of problems and stress between myself and the movers, and the supervisor I hired. I was not happy at all with the service. I have used haul since 1997 each time for my moves and for mostly everytime I've been satisfied with their service, but this time I was quite frustrated and disappointed because I believed everything was okay as the initial service worker ill call D. , assured me upon making my reservation.

You charge to much for the storage for the same price I get a 25 x 14 elsewhere. The area is like a demilitarized zone in Afghanistan I know because I was deployed there. It is not safe I will be telling all my military friends and Soldiers to NOT use this facility.
