My drop-off experience was the complete opposite of negative. The signage at this location was clear and easy to follow. I was promptly greeted by a courteous representative who was exceptionally polite, helpful, and demonstrated outstanding customer service. I wish I could remember her name—I dropped off the vehicle today around 9:30 AM, give or take a few minutes. She, along with the older gentleman assisting her, were both incredibly helpful and made the check-out process seamless. Hats off to them both for making the experience so pleasant and so much better than my pick-up experience.

Experience was rated poor as my items were covered in mice poop all over, the manager and supervisor of the facility was disrespectful, rude and careless about the damage done to my property. To date I am still being charged even though I moved month ago.

STEPHEN PTo have individual employees to check with the renter. That the vehicle is okay and to make sure that they know how to use everything properly and check properly. And to explain that if you need a 2 Wheeler.In advance that you have to rent one it's not included. Also I think with the cost of renting a vehicle not for a long period of time. Then moving blankets should be included for the rental cost.

RICHARD HAFter telling them that the fuel was only 37 miles and i could not confirm the actual mileage they assisted me in reset the warning. when returning the low fuel level was not on so I had more gas than given. Also who rents a vehicle with no fuel. Ripped off 60 dollars for 3 gallons of gas. I will now have to waste time taking them to court

RICHARD HRented a car dolly and was told not to com until 12 because no one is qualified to place it on the hitch. WTF! That's late when I'm a morning person trying to get things done... I said ok. Then I'm told they have too many on the lot so I can't bring it back to them. Seriously??? I asked how much this would be I was quoted $29...get there to find out the person I spoke to runs this place and gave me the wrong price...it's now $45. I could go on and on about this transaction but I'll just say DON'T GO HERE!
ADAM FCancelled a storage unit, assured twice by the staff member on two different occasions that it was indeed cancelled as well as contacting customer support yet it still shows active in the app and I'm getting past due notices.

She’s always running around working and helping several people at the same time, yet it just seems like she’s devoted 100% to you! Great service and the equipment is taken care of! DOMINIC CHonestly felt like a ripoff when you start at $20 then end up paying $75 when all I did was drive from stoughton to Easton and back. The uhaul in Easton just didn’t have the same truck available so I wasted an extra what 30 bucks because I had to goto the next town over.

Naomi M"......Was the equipment clean and well maintained?......" The aging 15 foot truck I rented was clean; but I have no idea if maintenance was up to date ----- a concern that I had when I saw the displayed odometer reading of 145,000 miles. I hope that newer vehicles have better rear visibility as well as the ability to charge a smartphone while using GPS services. For the particular truck I rented, suggest assessing the status of the transmission. The functioning of the transmission was a concern during my entire 200+ miles of travel. Along the way, I must note that the counter agent who checked me in and out was very personable and professional in all respects.

This U-Haul location gives me severe anxiety after a fourteen (14) hours drive.

I would NEVER recommend anyone to this location. The manager is a bully whose CSR skills are below 0-. She needs to put into permanent retirement! Her unprofessional skills are bad for business and poor Customer Service skills are toxic for the service industry which is a big turn off.

The app doesn't do a good job of showing the sequence of steps and how far along you are in the process; it wants you to take and upload pictures of your license while putting it on a flat surface (which is hard to do when you're standing outside the location with no flat surface nearby, but would have been easy to do in advance); it makes you go find the equipment on the lot by looking for a number at the "lower left" of the driver's side, when the number is actually at the upper right. And after all that, instead of giving me the combination for a lockbox, it made me go inside the location and cut the line to pick up my key.

Lawrence SI have never met staff that were less friendly or accessible. Every time I arrived over a two-day period, it was difficult to find anyone to simply answer a question. I returned to my unit to find a different lock on the door without explanation. When I finally found someone, I was told it was not fully locked, so another lock was placed on the door. Although that was great in terms of securing the unit, it would have been helpful to receive a call or text to inform me of this rather than have me be unable to access the unit and search for a staff person to figure out what was going on finally. Overall, the communication is extremely poor, and the efficiency is terrible. This is evidenced by the documentation on this form. I moved into the units on 6/29/24 and moved out on 7/6/24. The units were both completely clean and immediately tagged eligible for rental, but despite speaking directly with the staff there at checkout and calling numerous times to the location, they did not check me out in their system until 7/15/24. I don't know what the game is but it is poor customer service and inefficient. I will NEVER use UHaul storage again.

I keep getting messages that my rent is past due. I moved out of the storage on the day the rent would have been due.

This information should be in the emails about how to check in. Also, google maps said that access lasted until 10pm so I drove out later in the evening only to find out it had closed earlier. I would probably have chosen a facility with longer access hours if I had known that google maps was inaccurate.

I had two objects I couldn’t load on my Penske truck. Time was not on my side I had to move fast by my self the storage closes at 7pm. Now I had to wait a hr and a half for a lock smith. That’s why in my survey I was no to access hrs. The manager and I got along good. My thinking is I was going to rent a truck from uhaul but I canceled and chose Penske who had a better fleet to me. Now I owe all this money for two junk pieces of furniture. I guarantee you they did not keep in the storage area waiting on me to pick up. Mind you I’m in Texas asking the manager if I could pay someone to move the junk 2 pieces. I hope to end this matter without all these fines. Leo Thomas

Sherrie, the manager at the Stoughton, MA facility, is always very helpful and always very professional. The rest of the staff there are also. The only complaint I have with U-Haul is the continued annual rise in unit cost. But that is a corporate decision and has nothing to do with my local experience.

Michael P | First Impressionsyou cant nickel and dime and if a customer wonts do throw trash away they should be able to and with renting a truck I will be joining the class action lawsuit against your company for the way they determine gas in the vehicle it is unfair to a person who is renting a vehicle to make a gas gauge move in a vase truck it takes a minimum of $10 of gas with a needle to move at all and driving 11. Miles does not use a quarter take a gas
