Honestly - I love U-Haul but this experience wasn't the best. Here is why Facility - Clean and convenient location. Difficult to Park as the facility is jam packed with rental vehicles, not giving a lot of room for when there are multiple customers. The check in devices seemed to work intermittently, and there are multiple different devices on the wall that may or may not be the check in, and not well labeled. Staff - While no one was rude or impolite, no one was particularly helpful either. Multiple times when I got there, I needed help checking in because the devices weren't working, and when I asked for assistance, I was given "it doesn't really matter, just let the alarm go off" (which was different than the time I was Scolded at for the alarm going off and told they would charge me if it happened again, which is their protocol, but the delivery could have been nicer) Move Out - It took me multiple emails post move out to sort my account out, and get them to actually PROCESS my move out, meaning, I paid for time I wasn't there. I was assured I was all set, but I wasn't. I had to get corporate involved to get them to address the issue, and frankly they didn't even reply, they just issued me a credit. I guess that's better than nothing, but it would have been good to get a "you are really all set, sorry for the oversight" or just even - I'm on it... Other - this is NOT part of my review measurement, but just information for other customers 1. Cell phone service is non-existent, as is Wifi, which made doing the move out process a bit difficult. That's just what it is, and not really anything Uhaul can control RE cell service 2. Canton is doing a ton of construction, so getting in and out is a bit tricky on 138, this is NOT Uhaul or the site's fault (as of June 2026) 3. Parking is tight

CRAIG C | Overall ExperienceEverything was fine until we moved out a few days before the next rent was due. I checked out in person with the office manager but didn’t get any confirmation so was concerned whether it had been processed properly. So, next day, I checked out online too. A few days later, we received a somewhat intimidating email to say we were late with rent. Online, it said our move out was awaiting manager review, so I called the office and was told to ignore the letter. Two weeks later, we received an even more threatening letter saying we were late with the rent, and our move out status is still ‘pending manager review’. After a second call to the office, the move out was finally accepted, but we still didn’t ever get any confirmation. Just the online status now says we don’t have any active contract. The experience was totally unnecessary and stressful - you'd have got 5 stars otherwise.

I have called the place about the bills and was told that they were having issues with their system so I can’t rate them not until my name is clear.
