Excellent workers. Computers could use updating. Took 4 times to process/print my contract. Leroy knew exactly how to fix the issues. Definitely a computer/server issue.

The advertisement of renting a vehicle for $19.95 quickly turns into an $85 charge for a 2 hour and 30 mile trip is INSANE! The staff were talking over each other and it was extremely frustrating!

Upon check out we were told that the van had 1/8 of a tank , we soon realized the tank was almost empty, the car hauler had no left side turn signals or brake lights, lessons learned that next time I should really scrutinize the equipment and not assume all is well before leaving the lot.

Elizabeth was GREAT. The vehicle was not clean outside but we took what we could get. Inside, there was a 'tire low' alert, a loose wire hanging down and the bed was not swept out (but seriously not that bad) but all of which was met with 'if you're ok, I'll make sure we have that noted for your return' from Elizabeth that knew that I was rushed. We were going to pick up closer to our home but they were oversold so we had an additional 14 miles but still not that big of a deal. Overall, 'average' but if It was just about the serviceperson, Elizabeth made it all feel good enough to get things done.

Equipment was workable, but old. the handle/bar to open and close the back door was rusted and barely worked. It was clean inside and it was road worthy, but extremely hard to get into and out of. This was NOT the fault of this location.

The young lady who met me at the Pawnee location in Wichita, KS just before 7:00 p.m. was very friendly and helpful. I have returned three trailers to this location and everyone is always so friendly and professional.

Store was closed at least 15 minutes prior to posted closing. At least two customers were forced to use the app for turn-in. An employee was still in the building. Not a good practice!

I picked up a trailer and then the next day I went load my vehicle and it was missing a ramp. I had to drive all the way back to the location and switch out the trailer. That made me late to my destination and I arrived after hours. Then because of that I had to make a another trip from the hotel back to the drop off location to sign the paperwork the following day. Disruptions for the entire time because we were not able to depart on time

Even though they were short staffed and the app allowed for a reservation to be made on a day that they don’t do hitch installations, they got it done in excellent time. I was very grateful to the gentleman who did it, but the U-Haul system needs to be fixed so that situations like this don’t happen because it makes for a stressful situation for the customers and the staff.

Returning my trailer to the U-Haul at 5213 East Pawnee St in Wichita was so refreshing. The gentleman at the desk referred me to Leroy out side and he got me unhooked and on my way. Both were so acommodating and easy to work with. They also were so amazing and their customer service and professionalism was the best. I've rented from them in the past, and I would recommend this place to anyone. Please give them a big atta boy and a raise. Thank you so much. Terry

I made an online reservation and when I arrived the truck was not there, which I understand isn’t the employee’s fault, so I had to come back a couple hours later to find out I also would not be getting an appliance dolly I needed to move with and there were none at the location or in any other trucks. On top of that, the vehicle was not even sweeped out and moldy French fries were along the fooor and dirt. The employee apologized and said he’d give me a $50 dollars off for the major inconvenience and offered me a small regular dolly. I rolled with the flow finally and when I returned and got my final receipt, the guy in fact DID NOT give me the discount I was promised in person for it all being dysfunctional. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone as it’s not maintained or ran in any sort of professional manner. To end this on a brighter note, the lady whom I returned the equipment to was nice and helpful.

Price of rental going one way is expensive compared to in town. Its actually cheaper to rent a personal trailer now to move instead of using uhaul.

I put my things here for over a year I was sending my sister the payments for my storage because she had stuff here as well. I ended up losing everything cause she wasn't paying it. But as far as there storage units they are good and good ppl as well. I would use them again

The hours to access my storage were unaccommodating to say the least. Due to this it limited my ability to access my belongings in storage. I was unable to retrieve my belongings causing me to have to pay an extra $69.00 I was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with your service and would not recommend to anyone.

The young man who helped wasn’t able to help me on his end. I was given a promotion through email. One of the options was to claim it in person however there was not an option for the person helping me to claim it. I had to call and have someone from UHaul help. Once it was taken care of the person at the store was helpful and finished helping me. However the confusion made it seem as if he was not willing to help. I think his hands were tied and he really didn’t know how to help. He just kept telling me that I was at the wrong place and that they didn’t have the promotion I was given. Even though I showed him that it said I could use any location as long as the location was participating. He did show me that he didn’t have a way to except my code. In the end it worked out. I think the email promotion should be clearer and the UHaul stores should have information about it.

This storage facility on Pawnee in Wichita Kansas has no air conditioning or elevator to get to the 2nd floor which is where I was assigned to put my stuff. It was a very grueling unpacking on a hot day.

Was hoping for a first floor unit. I am disabled. I requested a first floor unit. U haul associate sent us to a unit upstairs. His only comment was that the first floor units cost more. No discussion with us about if we were okay with the extra expense. We assumed it was either no first floor units were available or the promotion was for the less expensive units only. Had some difficulties with the stairs putting her stuff in the unit. U haul associate let us use the appliance dollie and carts , still , I will always wonder if a first floor unit was an option.

I’m frustrated that I moved my belongings out 1 day after my balance was due, & I was still responsible for an entire months rent. The person who helped me was not a happy person at all!! he was rude and wouldn’t stop complaining about his job.

The whole experience was excellent. From getting the equipment to being able to store my belongings. I even had a flat tire on the car transport. There was a little confusion on where I was at and the person went to two other gas station looking for me, but he didn't give up on me. He was very kind and courteous. U-haul was very helpful in every way! I would highly recommend them to family and friends.

Horrible experience I just got my storage today and was given an access card but no access code. I had everything in my truck ready for storage and had unload everything once I couldn’t access my storage. Completely unacceptable to not give very important information like a access code. Also customer service was absolutely NO help & I called the after hours number for the GM 10 times and no answer. Worst possible service ever

I have been to alot of Uhaul centers. This one I would rank the THE lowest in terms of ease of use. The staff have to make due with what built, not their fault. I ONY came to this 1 due to convivence of location. The parking is slim, 6 of the spots close to door is so you can advertise trucks, WHY? DUH I was located on the 2nd floor, a lift of some type would be handy instead of ALL stairs. People have stuff to move and it hurts your back taking those stairs multiple times. AGIAN the most inconvenient set up and layout of a Uhaul center I have ever entered. DEF will not recommend nor ever use again. I rather drive an extra 4 miles out of my way to a better center

My issue was the scheduling. I specifically asked for a unit to store my motorcycle and I was advised that a unit was available. They tried to put me in an upper level, no unit was available.
