Sean and Jason took excellent care of us. Sean handled my reservation and was very helpful and friendly. When I came to check in Jason checked us in quickly and answered our questions. Always start customer out with at least 7/8 of a tank of gas because then when the customer is charged over four dollars a gallon and three dollars extra for them to do the work and the tank is below a quarter full they feel like you were doing your part and not laying it on the customer it is not good when the customer hast to leave you and go straight to the gas station it's a waste of the customers time makes you look foolish and it's good customer service and don't give me that bull crap like I was told every time we don't have time for that I got told that four different times in the last three months three times just within a three week period as a ride on a Monday then that same Thursday then 2 1/2 weeks later also you need to give better customer service On the walk around before the customer leaves one time I got told I went over 400 miles when I was lucky to even crack 295 that happened the second time I rented a truck and didn't think to take the pictures of what the mileage was when I got in I learned my lesson and they're on the suggestion of the person who rented me the third truckJames L.

Same thing one guy running the register to get people checked in and out and the other guy could be heard saying he had been getting trucks checked in and going to get them all day. He was busy trying to work on a car in the garage area. It wouldn't have hurt him to take 10 minutes out and get the line down then go back to what he was doing. UHAUL should have always have 2 people working register only and others bringing the trucks, etc...LORI G.

My only problem is the charge for 11 days during the time that I have covid-19 which I thought they was according to representative on the phone well in Topeka said oh just call and let us know when you're on your way or when arriving now there. So I understood it that I would be paying for the first two days February 19th through the 21st and then 1 day/night of travel with car dolly and it was just March 2 to 3 2021. So if you think of the honor the agreement or understanding on the phone they should say that on the phone and in-person not one thing on the phone then not let the people at the store know the discussion good night saying I owe $670.70. And this is pretty much all I have a complaint about service on the phone in the stores this time I use a lot and have used since 2014 for storage and truck so the store itself pretty good and the people are nice and they've been working with me on payments for the storages when behind or I just missed a few.James T.
General manager was totally rude cussed me and aslo one of his employees. Was late taking a trailer back so i called to let them know and before i got to speak to let them know i got cussed out by empliyee forst then general manager. Went inside store and general manager contuined to have a attitude and would nit listen. Ive used this places many if times and nit once was treated this way until this happen. My recommend that bith employee and General manager should not be employed at uhaul.JOSE G.

It was admitted that the truck we drove was in need of maintenance. The rolling door was extremely hard to open and close. I strained my shoulder today trying to close it. The speedometer did not work properly and they said that they knew the truck needed maintenance. Not a great experience with the guy who rented it out to us this morning either!Bonnie S.

Terrible service!!! I paid for a tow dolly and paid additional for them to attach my car to it, and they didn't.. we didn't realize it until we stopped 5 hours away on a different town. We could have had an accident.Andrea P.
