Level of fuel as per gauge was 1/2 at first, then drastically went down after 1 min drive. This grawing of gauge on paper is no way comparable to the real gauge on dash board. How do you read it at all? Those values from paper are non existent on the real gauge.

Brian at Trinity was extremely helpful and easy to work with. The only issue we had, it was minor, the driver side wiper was not good. We called Brian and he sent us to a near by location to have it replaced. They had it replaced quickly. Overall, we were very pleased with Uhaul.
Christine IPick up and drop off was not good and the app and online process was not good. Slow and got errors. Took a little too long and was not clear.

Dwayne VTom was the absolute greatest help. Could not have asked for a better front desk attendant. This location is very relaxing, and not overwhelming. The front door should be marked more clearer. Remember, this location is old Costco to many people. We are used to walking through the big doors.
Tuscany TThe windshield was filthy inside either caused from someone vaping or some sticky substance on the inside. The vehicle was an absolute Pig on fuel I've driven trucks my entire life and if my truck had not been broken down that day I would not have rented one. For a brand new vehicle I'm sure glad I was not the one that bought it. Sitting in the seat you can only see the bottom half of all the gauges fuel gauge included. The gentleman that served me was very polite he deserves a raise
