This location was ok. I was not greeted nor was I met outside to turn in my U-Haul.

When I loaded the trailer that I rented, the tire was so deflated that the rim almost went to the ground. It was loaded with dirt by a tractor that I could then not easily remove. I was VERY fortunate to had a tire inflator in my truck.Otherwise, I would have been in trouble. One tire had only twenty five pounds of pressure and the other thirty. To not verify tire pressure before delivery does not seem acceptable to me.

I was told that I would not be charged for the extra 5 hours because the store was closed when I was due to return the truck. However, I was still charged. I was also told that returning the truck to the original location would save me money, but instead I ended up spending over $250 on fuel. On top of that, the fuel level was lower than what was indicated on my rental agreement when I picked up the truck, and I was charged an additional fuel fee when I returned it. Overall, I feel that I was given incorrect information, which resulted in unexpected and unnecessary costs. I would appreciate it if you could review my rental and these charges.

Nicest, cleanest storage facility we've ever used. Dealt with Corey and he was super! Very friendly, and very helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone who needs storage or for the truck rental. Excellent service!

Everything went smoothly. We were able to easily change our pickup date and the return was the easiest I have ever seen: the employee met me in the parking lot, asked if I had reserved with a credit card, I said yes, he said that it would be updated according to mileage and billed accordingly and I was on my way. The return took less than 30 seconds. Loved it!

I was really disappointed because I wasn’t told that I had to get the dolly in front of the door so I didn’t have one.. and then I think if people are going to be working there that they should actually know more about the calculations of the kilometres where people are going. She didn’t really give me the size of truck I really wanted.. her calculation was way below than what I said where I was moving to and where I was coming from. And then a friend of mine filled up the tank in the truck and by the time I got there was too late. I told him I didn’t want him to put in too much gas. So I didn’t get my gas money back she said because I went over my kilometres which how was I supposed to know when the girl was calculating it?. so I didn’t really find that very fair . When I was only supposed to bring the gas back to 3/4, and you had almost a full tank..

Monica and Steven (or Stephen) were both great. Monica was very kind and courteous while Steven was easy going, efficient and knowledgeable. I have had the best service by far at the Trinity location compared to other locations in Moncton.

My experience during pickup was.good, truck was in good condition. When returning the truck there was no one at drop off to inspect and sign off. I had to go looking for someone. Now, my main issue is that when I did actually find someone and they signed off, they did not actually update the mileage used despite me making sure to give them the odometer reading. My situation changed and I did not end up needing to use all of my initial estimate, so in this case I was overcharged. Morale of the story, when they ask estimated mileage during pickup, make sure you super low ball the estimate. If you're lucky you might get a deal instead.

Inform about after hour key drop off procedure, that you need to keep the keys until it is done, I put the keys back before opening the app as I was not aware I needed in the truck to complete drop off

I visited the location on the main Street. They had an issue with the trailer I wanted to rent. So they sent me to this location. On the Main Street, they were very nice, polite, professional and patient. I would give them 5 stars. The Trinity experience was so different. I felt like I annoyed the employee. He didn't salute us and always didn't take. Won't recommend this place. Thank you.

I paid the location in full on the pickup location and they took 34$ on my credit card without my consent 4 days later even if I return the trailer one day prior the drop off date! Be aware!

This place is an excellent facility! An old Costco that was converted into a moving equipment and storage renting. Everything needed for moving is there. The storage part is huge, clean and very convenient. Unloading is a breeze provided you are willing to do it yourself but staff is available to do it for you if I am not mistaken. All in all, very impressed by the « U-Haul experience!

I learned about the one month free while looking to rent a truck for a one-way move. Everything went smoothly from renting the truck to unloading to the storage space. Great and convenient facility in the Moncton’s old Costco.

Gas gauge and odometer reading were both incorrect but quickly fixed once it was mentioned. That truck just bounced and creaked and made so much racket that I was grateful the move was short. But it did the trick, all of the parts worked and anything I could have needed was right there, really well thought out. Thank you all!

The photo-taking process is painstaking! So much easier to have the staff walk around the car with you just like any other rental companies. However, with the amazing pricing with U-Haul, I suppose we can’t complain. 😅

The only issue but it was a very big issue for me was that out of 4 drive in bays, most times, only 1 was usable. There are constantly potable storage containers taking up the floor space in the bays which is so frustrating. The selling feature was the drive in bays and yet only one out of 4 is usually functional. Please get the storage boxes out of the loading bays.

Got a text after sign-up for an access code but they don't use the code there. Doors are open to anyone during business hours instead, office said they don't have the system in place? Otherwise really clean and nice facility.

Beautiful facility with excellent staff. The only disappointment is that you can only utilize one of four garage door bays because there are portable storage containers sitting in the other 3 bays, preventing entry for customer vehicles. Access to this area is really compromised, although it is touted as a selling feature of the facility. These containers should be removed. Similar containers were outside of the building in the parking lot so these ones should be as well. It was difficult to unload my items with all of the containers sitting inside the bays. It is such a large facility that you need all bays accessible, especially with the cold weather approaching.

All of the information given to us regarding access hours was wrong, which caused us some issues when we couldn't access our unit when we had planned. Uhaul support was supposed to put us in touch with the manager to get access, but we never got contacted. There were 2 other families there at the same time with the exact same problem because the provided access hours were incorrect. Exterior of the building also very clearly says "drive-in storage", but it's definitely not drive-in, you park outside and cart everything in...

Knowledge of certain sized units seemed to have been a mystery to MOST of your employees except 3 people at your Moncton Trinity location. 9x5x10….someone even cancelled my reservation without being prompted for some unknown reason but Corey and Lauren cleared up the kerfuffle.
