JELICIA RI felt like I was racially profiled. I did not receive the same customer Service that everybody else received that came in there not only that I feel like I was overcharged. I also told the person that I was dealing with that I was going 40 to 45 miles and that’s not what she put on the paperwork she put 30 miles so basically I end up paying double then when I should have been paying from the beginning.

ADETORO OThe storage facility is too expensive. My rent went from 149.99 to 164.99 in less than a year. The storage unit (241) that I rented was not clean at all. I wouldn't put my furniture in that unit because of the dust and pest that can get inside. I would often use my blower to blow out the dust inside. I was using the storage to store my car, and every time I went to pick it up, dust was all over it, and the rain had even leaked through the roof. I was a valued customer for over four (4) years, but it was time to move on.

ALEX NI ended up homelss with nowhere to store my home after covid layoffs. I have had a unit at Twin Creek in Killeen since 2021. Under Nico and Caly I have zero incidents or complaints. Always clean and always a good place for my storage needs.

MARILYN BIn my opinion and observation It was a bit unnerving talking Miss Nico E @ the Martin luther king Blvd location in killeen tx because I had questions she was not answering throughout the process of the transaction. Also she was doing her job but she was speaking fast times with the regular verbiage of stating the basic contract lingo but in between that I did not understand some of the things she said so I asked her to repeat some of it at different times. To make a long story short, I did not have the best experience speaking with Miss Nico E but I accomplished what I came there for.

CHIQUITA GI Rented a truck drove 4 miles and returned it. I put a gallon of gas in, figuring that would be plenty for 4 miles. When I returned the truck (a 10 ft box truck) , I was charged for 2 gallons of gas. So if you rent truck just know they will get you for extra and there is nothing you can do about it because they have your credit card.
PAULETTE FI’d like to specifically note how helpful Theo was during the process. There were several customers who were less than understanding and quite rude, however Theo did not allow that the prevent him from providing excellent customer service.

The light next to my unit had been out over two years (it’s currently out). I was charged $200 to discard trash. And though I was charged a pro-rated rate at move in, I was not refunded any portion of my rental after six days of usage during the current month.

Joseph CBetter at this location. I don't like the smell of body odor and hemp, but the truck was clean with five air fresheners on on mirror and air vent. They tried. I'm good with that. The truck was solid and in good shape. Insurance, tax, Fees and mileage charges added some, but it was local and relatively short distance. Can't change that, but for .70 per mile I would not have rented here if needing to go out of town.

Their fees are flat and set unlike many other storages that gave a fee over the phone and then when you showed up they gave you a different price told you you had to add on protections and other stuff making the price double. Uhaul is the same proce they give you over the phone and dont make you add on any xtra fees. Plus they had 24/7 access. Will continue to rent from them when needed.

I received a call from Shannon the next day stating there was no lock, which I was aware of . I had an emergency situation an wasn’t able to come back To apply lock or return her call right away . Shannan stayed I would be charged 100$ for them to dispose of my coach. Called on 2/24/23, an was told that they assumed I moved out . This is horrible business an my unit was paid up until the end of February. I was told by Jay they disposed of the coach and rented unit to someone else. I’m very unhappy with the procedure or prodical used in this situation. I would NEVER recommend uhaual to anyone

I was told that my storage fees would be waived the next month due to the damage and inconvenience due opening of the unit and not being able to open it until maintenance e came in. Thankfully there was no rodents that I could see, however, I was still charged for the fee month. I moved my belongings and cancelled my service. The staff was very friendly.
