Vicki BShould look at redesigning the toy hauler to have at least 80 inches between the fenders as that’s what’s common on trailers this size and reducing the weight. This trailer is around 800 pounds heavier than most in its class. This location is top notch along with the employees.

MARIO A | Overall ExperienceWell the box part of the truck leaked i had a 1 of a thousand made motorcycless in it that when I opened the door was humid and wet in side hopefully no damage was done TBD one of my bills says I went 49.50 of my 50 miles I put down travel wise then another bill sayd I went 51 miles i have full coverage on my vehicle but was told I need the extra insurance when in fact I didn't.
TERRELL HI was told the lock was free. I dont expect to be charged for the lock. If I am i will give e it back as I already have one.

Brian LI was told it was full, and it looked full, so I confirmed it was... then I had to get fuel. I'd wondered why I lost a quarter of a tank within a half hour of highway miles, and it was because there was only 7/8 of a tank. I was already irritated that U-Haul called and said the location I wanted by my house didn't have my truck and I would need to drive to Wentzville instead. My truck's A/C only worked half the trip (5 hours drive; 90+ temps was miserable), and y'all are proud of your 12v plugs but no one carries a charger that fits that. My phone was lower than I thought when I got in and there were no USBs, so my drive was interrupted by needing to find an outlet at a stop so I'd have my gps. I will not be using U -haul again.

Would have been helpful to have that info with the trailer description. I would have been pretty upset to have rented trailer and NOT been able to load the mower. As it was, some use of angles got it done.

michelle mSome of our items had a greasy black film-like substance on them that we believe may have been from the floor of the trailer. It was multiple items with the only common denominator being that they were in the trailer. It wasn’t a huge mess, but did leave some marks when we sat them down on our new white rug. We did let the facility in Indiana know about this.

JERRY MRented a 26ft truck, you couldn't get over 55 mph due to it would shake so bad you couldn't stay in your lane. Brought this up when I dropped the truck off and I felt it was just blown off. The truck is dangerous and the lady was like oh well. I will never use Uhaul again. Even showed them a video and they just didn't care. Really shitty service!!
