The dude working was great. Was working on a trailer when I got there and he was there when I returned the truck. Very decent to work with. Very personable. I would definitely go back. Truck was perfect and had zero issues with the move... Nothing else he could have done...
Delroy MEverything about moving in was great, the only things were that: The lock was not in unit as stated. A quick visit to the office corrected that no problem. The bigger thing though is that the unit is not linked to my account, so while I have a couple emails, there's nothing I can view online about my unit reservation.
Kevin C | Online Move InRobert was excellent to work with. This guy helped me out tremendously as he recommended a cargo van instead of my original choice of the pick up truck. It was snowing pretty heavily and the van ensured my newly purchased mattress remained in perfect condition. It was easy to load and unload also. Robert was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will certainly be returning to this location thanks to him.

Jerry IMartin was exceptional in provision with a can do attitude. Unit was clean and accessible. Alarm system was rather dysfunctional at times. I would not return nor recommend to others because of the cancellation of Veterans discount w no warning, no explanation. Left a very disconcerting emotive with me. Thank you.

Mark CBe more forthcoming with information I.E. getting charged for an extra day when I was less than an hour late because the elevator went out in my building and My old Veteran Ass and Another Veteran had to carry the stuff down the stairs and then not being told about the extra day charge until after it getting checked in or I would have kept it and finished my moving. Seriously $191.96 for 49 hours of use and having only driven 32.80 miles, shame on your multi-billion dollar company for taking advantage of the working folks like that. As if the actual moving of residence wasn't enough y'all add insult to injury. And yes I'm A local guide here in St.Cloud with 6+ million views of my blatantly honest opinions on businesses and their practices and yesterday there was high praise for customer Service but Today Martin and Uhaul shot that all to hell, shame of your greedinesss

Scott S | First ImpressionsThe guy who helped me load the trailer was helpful. He actually was the one who installed my hitch last time. I didn’t realize that my hitch part was upside down and the wrong ball was installed. He made sure I had everything correct. By doing this it made pulling the trailer this time WAY better. I used a previous uhaul service in town and they never told me it was all wrong. Thanks so much for taking care of my hitch, helping me with everything and make sure I was taking care of! I’ll be back again to use your services!!!!
Holly DI arrived 1/2 hour early for my appoinment. I was greeted and filled out papwork, a technicial came over shortly after that and explained that some bolts might be rusted and he would keep me infomred. He came back about 20 minutes later and told me no problem and they were done and as soon as he wahed his hands he would have my van out front. I was very satisfied with service and product.
Robert TRobert serviced us on our return. Robert was awesome. Very friendly and easy to talk to. We talked about what led us to the needing the moving truck, and all the stuff my husband and I have been through the last couple of months. He was very empathetic and caring. U-Haul is very fortunate to have Robert on staff.

DANNY ROffice not staffed well, manager is ride, does not tell me about changes to the hours. Untrained lazy workers on there cell phone 🤳 all the time! john m | First ImpressionsFrom top to bottom it was not a good experience. The van I rented was not available so I was “upgraded” to a truck I do not want. It was unsuitable for what I was renting a vehicle for. And somehow I was charged more. The agent who Checked us in was not knowledge and unprofessional. The truck was dirty, the driver door didn’t shut properly and the truck smelled of urine. Upon return (an hour later and less that 20 miles later) we waited in the drop off area for over 10 minutes to get checked back in. Finally I went inside the store to be told the agent was “too busy to check us in”, he instructed us to leave the truck and he will check us in later. We are due a refund of miles and we are waiting for a final receipt. I have rented w/uhaul many times over many years and feel this location does not hold up to the standard. I will not be returning to this store.
