Customer service was excellent. I needed a last minute cargo van as Enterprise had cancelled last minute. Very thankful for helping me out. Will rent again from here.
Nicole GI’m not a first time user of this location, however, this last move in was the first time I saw German cockroaches. I saw one that was alive as soon as I walked into the building on the first floor and several more dead and alive as I moved units. Now I’m concerned about my items. These things are hard to get under control when they’re present and they are. It was very upsetting. However, I want to say this is an amazing location from a customer service standpoint. I can’t stress this part enough.

Christina CWhen loaded, the vehicle would experience an Autotrac error after about 10 mins. When this occurs, Cruise Control is disabled. Out of a 7 hour journey, I only had about 30 mins of Cruise Control. Trip would have been much better if Cruise Control had worked properly. I did not see this error when the vehicle was empty.

Gustavo MExcellent customer service. Did not have a reservation, but was able to get the trailer I needed immediately. The employee at the desk did all the work getting the trailer hooked and unhooked, so I did not have to break a sweat in the heat.

Fitzgerald WThe sign at return says to stay with your vehicle and someone will be out to return. We sat there 10 min and then I walked inside because there wasn’t another customer around. The young man behind the desk was glued to his phone. I told him that I had a return. He then looked up at the TV monitor screen to see my return. He didn’t say a word, got up, and started walking outside. He appeared to be bothered by my return.

Eric AI have truly enjoyed storing my items at this facility over the past 8 months. Though there were other facilities closer to my home. I specifically chose this one because of its beautiful appearance, climate control, friendly and knowledgeable staff, ease in the rental process and one-stop- shop moving and supply availability. I definitely recommend this facility. It is worth the drive, every time.

DEBORAH MJoziah was working solo the morning I dropped in to rent a trailer. There were a few people in at that time. He did a fantastic job making sure all our needs were met in a timely manner. Joziah was still quite busy when I needed to upgrade my trailer size from a 5x8 to 6x12 but again, he exceeded expectations in a timely manner. This is my 2nd visit to this facility and so far Ive had all positive experiences. Thank you!

BARBARA T | Overall ExperienceI reserved both a trailer and a handtruck and had 2 different phone conversations with the desired location for pick and I was told twice that the equipment would be there however on the day of pickup it was not there. If I had a choice I would have gone with some other company UHaul will be the last place I will look from now on. I was lied too, and had to make last minute arrangements on a very stressful day in the first place.

James ZThe truck mirrors were so loose that they would not stay in place. I had to drive through Atlanta and Birmingham there and back without being able to see the passenger side of the truck to safely change lanes. The lack of concern for my and other drivers safety is a big problem.

MATHEW LLazy wouldn’t even get up from his chair he asked me to unhook my trailer and place in a shot. He couldn’t see the trailer number from the crama system and stared at me to get the number for him.

Bethany GI reserved an appliance Dolly. However, when I got there, there was none available and I had to go to another location to get one. Then when I returned the trailer with the Appliance dolly, they were very excited because they had somebody who had a reservation for an Appliance Dolly, and acted like I’ve never had one.
