I did not go into the office. I was only in the drop off lane and the uhaul employees were very respectful, informative and helpful.

Gary EThis was not our originally reserved location nor the confirmed location the day before with uhaul. We drove to our reserved location to find out that we were being redirected to another location. Drove an hour out of the way to pick up the trailer. Get there to find out that our ball hitch was too big and we're required to buy a new hitch receiver with the correct ball size so we could leave. This would have been nice to know prior to getting there. The lady who helped us was very nice and helpful but unfortunately good customer service from her wasn't enough to change my poor experience with uhaul.
JOHN FFrom the moment I showed up to the facility to try to do the mobile check-in and got contacted by your customer service line and spoke to a very rude unfriendly person to only one person being at the counter and it’s saying that I can skip the line, but I couldn’t to the second person coming to the counter and being like you should’ve skipped the line and being very sarcastic to returning the vehicle and having all the difficulties with way too many steps, I would say that this would be the last time that I’m gonna be ever using a U-Haul and be looking at other routes and options

MELANIE BTrailer had ties and some other items that we had to clean out. Had to wait a few minutes for manager to finish smoking before we were served. Manager appeared angry about us and another vehicle parking out front.

JULIO MThere seemed to be some kind of flying bugs hanging around on the van and I noticed them when I opened where the gas cap is. Didn't notice them in the actual van though.
JENNA CI was not notified that you need the app now for reservations, would have been nice to know in advance. Gas gage was less than what was marked on the vehicle. Truck was dirty when picked up. I have had better service.

William SMake sure the customer is aware of the U-Haul APP when dropping off rental after hours. It was only after getting home that I read the info about drop offs after hours. Paid the $20 for the next day check in
SCOTT DEquipment was in great shape and worked perfectly. The only gripe was when returning the trailer, the man that disconnected the trailer was upset with me because the trailer extension harness was inside the rear hatch of my vehicle. I tried telling him I had my harness outside when picking up the trailer, but was told to put my harness inside.
JOHN WThe U-Haul app is a joke. It’s a waste of time. It was so much quicker in the past when it came to renting a truck. The computers are slow, which adds to the stress. I was told my receipt would be emailed to me, I can’t even open the receipt. Go back to paper. The truck looked clean, but the seats smelled of old sweat and you’re lucky if you can see through the windshield it’s that dirty on the inside. I may have to pay more, but I will be checking in on Penske.

DAVID EWe waited two hours to get an auto transport as the system was down. We drove for a day and the straps came off the tire. We had to call for assistance and was told the strap was put on wrong. When we returned the transport they said the chain was too tight on the car. They had to deflate our tire to get the chain off so we could get our car off
DONNA KI am 68 almost 69 years of age. Not real computer smart! Went as far as I could on line. Ariber at the location to pick the vehicle up and was told that you do not have drop in service to rent vehicles. I explained several times to the counter person and was told no one does this anymore it is a company policy! I told her that if that is the way it is then I will go try to find another rental at another company. She then said since there was no one else waiting she would finish the order! My wife and I both said to each other after we were in the van - What an attitude! After leaving we stopped at our house to pick some things up and opened the back of the van, it was muddy and it looked like someone hauled hay or straw in it. I did a wick recon of it before we dropped it back off so I would not be charged for someone else’s mess. It was a very poor experience!

Meg EPerson I dealt with to pick the truck up was awesome there's an older gentleman who works at the location that has a very very poor attitude I was having a rough day as is and the guy practically jumped down my throat for saying hell being expressive of how badly my day was going then when I dropped the vehicle off he had me standing there waiting for him to come out i feel like the whole experience was overpriced 85 dollars for barley 2 hours and 40 miles deff felt gotten over on especially seeing as i was forced to leave a 100$ deposit
Anthony IYour price was ridiculous to rent a tow.Dolly. Ninety one dollars, it cost me for less than twenty four hours. You advertise, I can rent a whole truck for 29. or $79.Why should a tow dolly be $91? I will never rent another one.
JEFFERY DWhen picking up truck it was a very rushed through check in. The app is way too much and takes twice the amount of time than just using a regular employee. Very confusing drop off experience! Way too much put onto the customer!

KEVIN PYour app based business model is enormously frustrating. The records for the truck were inaccurate in multiple ways, including the license plate, mileage, and original fuel level. When I checked out, it told me my original level was at 1/4 when it actually was about an eighth. Upon checkout, it told me that my original level had been 1/2 and unfortunately I had retained paperwork I requested from the agent confirming otherwise.This meant I had to wait over 15 minutes for the on-site agent to resolve issues at both pickup and return. I was on a time critical project and you guys delayed me on both ends.

John HReturn was a different issue. Sat in waiting area for someone. No one came. I finally went inside and only found one person with a long line who rudely told me to self-check in. If we’re that understaffed, place a sign outside to tell people that no one is coming.

MARK FThe passenger door had a gap in the door and the bed of the truck. It looks like the vehicle was in an accident but was designated as safe to drive. During the move - we had to drive through a heavy thunderstorm and rain was coming in the opening. I'm thinking U-Haul should have had the vehicle repaired prior to assigning it out to their customer(s). The other issue was when individuals return their trucks after they used them (and the facility was closed), they blocked my car in which made it very difficult to get out of the packing space I was parked. Maybe best to remove the parking spaces to the left of the vehicle return aisle so this does not happen to future customers when they return the U-Haul and try to get their automobile to depart your facility. Thank You.
