This location charged me damages for a defective mirror. I am considering a stop payment on the charge.

Ellis RThis location had plenty of 15’ trucks but the manager said she didn’t want to release them for my cross country move so I had to go to another location to get a truck then come back to this location to pick up the car hauler trailer.
jason gEverything went well. The only comment I have is regarding change management. I added a third U box into my order, I had no way to understand the total cost with the additional box nor I could get an easy answer on the phone, they had to search for that information and unless you ask questions after questions you cannot understand clearly. This is only if one makes a change in the order.

Joe GI was only allowed 149 miles. To get back to my house 20 minutes away. And to get to new house, then to return. Was 84 miles over . Have no idea where that number of allotted miles come from. Had to go find my rental by equipment number in parking lot. Service was mot great.
Patrick TI hate that you make reservations and the equipment or tools aren’t always accessible. A message or notice should be presented when making reservations stating that these items are subject to availability. It’s not like you don’t really need them and it’s way easier to access it from one place. Then at the last minute, I had to change locations and still don’t think my $50 was credited to my account. This is the second experience with U-haul that makes moving even worse.

Deb HThe truck was not cleaned. It was nasty. We had to remove garbage from the cab. It smelled of stale cigarettes and weed. One windshield wiper was broken.

Christian EI was allowed to rent a furniture dolly and appliance dolly when I made the reservation, but the store said they NEVER have these available to rent. Should not allow the rental if they do not keep them in the store.

ANTHONY KThe rental was nice and clean and I did not have any issues with it. My issue was with the customer service as the employees are not the friendliest and was not trying to work with me due to my drop off time was changed some way from what I had reserved and then I could not extend my rental because it was already booked for when I had to drop it off which was not the time that I had booked in the beginning.
KEBRINA DEmployee moved and acted as though he couldn’t care less — mumbling, slow motion, etc. Upon return, he watched from 20’ away as I disconnected the trailer.
BRENT KI wish I could remember the lady who helped us name, Miranda maybe, she was very helpful. I didn’t like the fact that we reserved a utility dolly but one was not available. How can you list it and reserve something if it is available?

JOHN MI was offered a $50 discount if I reserved within 24 hours of my initial visit. It took me 48 hours to decide. I made 3 appeals for the Manager to call me and never heard from her. That’s offensive and poor customer service.

RONNIE MI was 45 minutes late for my reservation pick up time but had done my online check in 15 minutes before that. My reserved equipment was rented to a walk in that got there just before I did.
