To whom it may concern the move out date in this review is incorrect. I moved out in August 28th to exact. That’s before September I know because I could not stand to be in the storage that facility any longer due to your lack of customer service and lack of power that you were supposed to provide to your customers to maintain their campers or boat batteries. When I brought this up to staff, all I ever got was the runaround. All y’all ever did was raise. The rent never made any improvements to my storage unit. The unit was mostly a dirt floor. The trend of problems just keep adding up and no customer service to seem to want to fix them!! I’ll be happy to sit down with the CEO of U-Haul and explain to them a business and customer service works because without a customer, you do not have a business, but I’m sure this review will fall on deaf ears just as my concerns about the storage facility have for your sake, and your customer sake I hope you do better in the future and fix these problems ! Did I mention that I was a customer since 2019 and all you ever did was raise the rent but you could not take care of a customer that had been with you that long! Good luck in the future U-Haul dissatisfied customer out!

I didn’t go to the office or deal with staff everything was done online . No complaints

We were concerned that rates kept increasing. Our biggest concern was with the new units being installed in front of ours, that pulling in and out of our unit would be severely impacted by the shorter distance to do so. We were able to get a much larger pull-thru unit down the street for the same cost.

U-Haul recently purchased, I have had a shed in this complex since it was first built, went thru 3 or 4 owners. Mine was broken into twice nothing taken. I left because I sold the vehicle that was stored there and had no need for storage. If in the future I need storage I’ll go back assuming U-Haul doesn’t jack the prices out of sight.
