The only area to be improved isn't with the location but with the phone app. It wouldn't allow us to upload multiple photos for a single location.

Years ago I was a U Haul dealer at 2 businesses that I worked at. Your equipment is in better condition and your U Haul stores are very well stocked and the displays are very impressive. Thanks again for your service in helping us with this move.
charles hThe auto transport did not work at all because it was raining and I didn’t know how slippery it would get. My tires are good and the street was level. I was not in a place or had the time to manufacture or buy something to prevent the wheels from spinning and sliding off. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the 4-5 thousand pound vehicle completely up the ramps without slippage and had contacted a tow company to transport the vehicle to its destination which cost me an additional $160.
ADOLFO VI've been renting from this particular location for some time now, staff is very very friendly and knowledgeable. Management always accommodate when I something, rather trailer, or vehicle! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AARON AI rented the same trailer from Lake Stevens location for $19 for 24 hrs. I called Everett location and was quoted $34 for 24hrs. I was charged $58 for 24 hrs with no insurance. I brought it up the the guy who checked me out and he said "I don't do the computer very good so I don't know". Needless to say I will not be returning to this location.

Matthew HThey have a Pod sitting in one of the handicapped parking spots. Both of the handicapped spots are poorly marked with the paint very faded and no signs.
Debra BThe dispatching link on the phone wants photos of the vehicle from different angles to match the provided outlines, but this location is so cramped that there is not enough room to position the camera far enough away from the vehicle to match the outline. Two people getting their vehicles at the same time are practically stepping on each other.

MICHAEL GService was good and helpful at pickup. Equipment was garbage, suspension broke with a small load. Not exactly the locations fault or was a faulty inspection. Spent 6 hours waiting for 2 different tow trucks to cover the 20 min total haul I had to get home and still got charged total rental fee. My load came home on back of the tow truck for unloading. Will not be using U-Haul again and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.
