Glitchy U-Haul computer equipment. Photos did not upload. Took forever to sign in.

Double charged me, said I didn't return trailer until next day, returned within 4 hours, trailer not connected to hitch correctly, came off while driving, luckily before vehicle was on it, after contacting customer service wow, what a farse, they can't even get a hold of location, this entire transaction reeks of fraud, blatant double charge and an inability to contact manager of location, very fraudulent. Will never use, recommend, or suggest uhaul ever again.

The return and pickup lane was frustrating and extremely difficult to use or even understand given how full the parking lot was - the path through for returns was clogged around both sides of the building in 2/3 of my visits.

Better customer service. When you say you will call me back I expect you to call me back. Don’t advertise that you rent furniture dollys if you don’t have any furniture dollys. I was told I have to buy one if I want one. The truck I rented only had half a tank of gas when I picked it up.

Location only had one person working the desk so it took 45 minutes to pick up the truck. Truck had not been cleaned. Lot attendant said truck was suppose to be detailed due to previous user spilling paint in cargo area. When using the app to dispute that the truck had not been cleaned it did not store the picture so when I dropped off the truck I was question about the paint spill.

The only thing was that the 26 foot truck was parked too close to the cement barrier and between two other large trucks and I had to go back inside to get someone to move the front truck so I could get it out of its spot. But once they did everything was fine.

Great customer service! I was directed to this UHaul location by North Lynnwood location for an U-Box reservation and immediately felt this location is Much, Much better than North Lynnwood U Haul, where I rented a storage unit. Every one working here at Everett U Haul are very friendly and willing to help, while the employees at the other location were so hostile and do not treat you like a customer. This location has changed my impression about U-Haul.

When connecting trailers and shortening chains, remember that the trailer is empty and that when loaded, the hitch will likely ride lower, so shorten chains a bit extra to avoid dragging when loaded.

This review is not location specific... Your online check in process is terrible!!! I pre checked in, giving the company a credit card, drivers license, address, etc. however, when I arrive you needed additional info to confirm, this holding up the rental, I.e. calling references to see if we would turn in the truck on time?! Really?! My 17 year old son was your assurance that we’d be back on time! What a joke! People do a lot of planning to put a move together, and someone as conscience as I am, checked with your staff and filled out the online info to a T, but come the day of the move, I find out I needed additional info to be approved!!! Sorry, but that was a huge read flag and one that makes me question if we’ll be using U-Haul in the future!

I've used uhaul many times in the past but this was the best experience ever!! Katherine was great & so were the service people. My rental came in with a door problem & they worked their tails off to repair it so I could take off. Excellent people at this Evergreen Way location in Everett!! 10 star service & professionalism. I'll definitely be back!

I rented both a truck and a dolly trailer. when i picked up the truck we agreed that i would load it and return later in the day to add the dolly. I was directed to inspect the truck and dispute any unmarked digs or scratches, but the app timed out and didn't let me upload photos and I wasted well over an hour trying and never got it to work. Then, when i returned to pick up the dolly, I was told that the only one available had a taillight that didn't work. On inspection it was a loose wire and seemed an easy fix, but the maintenance guy at the site, who had no other customers to deal with, just plain didn't want to take the effort to repair it. Instead, i was told that i had to drive my fully loaded truck 35 mins away (in what was now rush hour traffic) to pick up a dolly at another location. 70 mins round trip of time i could have been using, and gas i was paying for.

To have more equipment available for customers. They didn’t have the size of truck available that I need it so had to rent a smaller one.

U haul of Everett really a bad place to do business with. The employee there really have a bad attitude. I made a reservation for 2 days open trailer 5×9'. When I get there they dont have equipment for me, then the told me they have 1 for me but I have to return the same day at 4pm. I had no choice so I accepted that but I couldn't return it by 4pm so I contacted the u haul and they adjust my reservation that I can keep it for 24h. Later on around 4:30pm the employee in u haul Everett called me that I have to return the trailer. I said i cant return it because I'm a couple hours away from that location. But that employee threatened me that I have to return the trailer now if not they will charge me $50 for 30mn later. After that my bank contacted me that u haul Everett trying to charge me $380 on top of the $24.99 trailer price. This is really awkward.
