Wait time was very little, but it was a Monday late afternoon. I had done my paperwork via the computer prior to get there so check in time was very quick. The young man who helped me was very friendly and helpful

attemped to pick up vehicle on line thru your ap, but your server was down and people on the phone couldn't help either. the associate could have cared less about damage I was pointing out. off I go down the street a short time I notice looking on the dash flashing is TPS right rear tire at 27 psi should be up in the 40's - 42. 6 miles of my trip was to turn around go back and have it taken care of. open arrival they did not gave a squat and left customers pile up as they did remedial things ignoring people. and then when you get help totally rude and disrespectful.

The customer service by the male manager was not only painfully slow, but he was incredibly condescending to a long time repeat customer. Get with the times. Slow and an arrogant attitude is not a good combination.

It was unbelievably frustrating that when we arrived at the Mailbox 1 Hour Photo location that our 15 foot truck was not there. We had to wait an hour and a half to get a new location figured out and had I drive out of the way to get it. I wish I would have gotten the 24 hour notice I was promised in the contract to figure it out rather than the day of.

Both the beginning and ending uhaul retail locations were excellent. Uhaul corporate kept messing with my reservation and dates, making for a bad experience with uhaul corporate.

Your customer service people need to be more informed as to what they tell customers can/can't be done at the actual locations as we were told we'd get help with the car dolly only to be informed they don't. The persons on location did do it for us, but we were told that's not the case and that they could be liable as to why not!

The gas fee is crazy expensive! $30 just to pump it and less than half a tank cost over $75! I had forgotten my wallet at home and had to leave the truck without filing up. I understood there would be a fee but come on. Over $100 for less than half a tank. Really? The gent who lives by lake Ki was really nice and helpful.

At the time of checking out my uhaul, I had made a prior reservation for. I was told to be careful of the over night drop off. The man who helped me said, this is everett, if you drop off your truck with the right amount of gas And some homeless man cyfins the gas out of the truck you drop off, you (myself) will be charged for the gas. This was very surprising and unprofessional I feel. How could I be responsible for something after i have left it at the uhaul location as instructed?

You guys did not honor the price given to me. Made lots of mistakes of pick up locations. And I paid way more than price that was agreed upon.

Came in to Uhaul twice and never greeted both times. Sales person didnt explain contact to me at all. No real interaction with me at all. He took so long to ring me up i had to swipe my card 4 times. And they would not give me a refund on unopened furniture blankets that were not used.

I presented a 20 foot in Lynwood but had to drive all the way to Everett only to have to take a 26ft truck anyway. Not what I wanted but it was not the fault of the Everett store!
