A sign with a person to take care of customers with reservations. I stood in line and noticed a person going to a clerk and talking to her, he then proceeded to get his rental while the rest of us stood in line several ahead of me without reservations.

The equipment I reserved was not available so had to use a smaller truck and took more mileage to complete than the credit that was given to me.

I would recommend that if your Smokey point store does not care certain trucks then they should not except reservation for them. It was a very bad communication break down which cause me to drive a extra 30 miles to the next U-haul which I was charge for. But the Everett store was great and save my day thank you for the support and for letting me vent.

Upon arrival there was one employee that could not help because hew was new and was not trained. Employee walked in and he asked for help As this employee walked up to a computer at the front counter I began to talk to him and he stated "I'm outta here" and walked away. Took 10-15 minutes to pickup this rental. Horrible customer service. I will avoid this location nor will i recommend to anyone!!! Feel sorry for that new employee. Can you imagine how he feels?

We experienced the WORST customer service. Pretty much from beginning to end! I called a week early to reserve a 5×8 cargo trailer. I called my local, close dealer but got transfered to a call center. After making my reservation at this location he said Iwould get a confirmation call within 24 hours...I did not! The day before I was to pick up the trailer. I got a text telling me I had to pick up the trailer at a different location 9 miles away instead of the one requested at 2 mi. It was too late to find a trailer elsewhere. I called the local dealer and he said he had no trailers, and it was no longer a policy, as it was years ago to move rental equipment around for the benefit and convienence of the customer. When I rented the trailer, the agent was not very knowledgable and even MADE A MISTAKE and charged me for 2 days. Upon returning the trailer, when my husband spoke to the 'Manager' upon returning the rental about the lack of customer service he gave us no customer service. We were inconvienenced. U-haul used to be a great place to rent, but there are just too many competitors in this area to ever use U-haul again.

This location is awesome, best we've used, don't change a thing. The suggestion is really just for UHaul, the cabs on trucks from hot places like the southwest always stink pretty bad from B.O. maybe figure out a way to wash/change out the seat covers between rentals or something. Air freshener doesn't help...



Don't lie to and cheat your customers. Your employees refused to let me is my own vehicle to tow the Ubox I rented so I was forced to use a pick up of yours. The employee who set it up did not verify the mileage or indicate where it was located on the contract. When I returned it and they told me that I used more than double the miles I had actually gone I said that was incorrect. The guy behind the counter refused to adjust the mileage and threatened me with collections if I didn't pay the full amount. Unacceptable unprofessional and negligent. I shouldn't have to worry about a business like Uhaul cheating me. I am a member of the United States military i would like to think my word is worth something.

Made reservation over the phone a week in advance, received confirmation that trailer will be available at specific location (near my home). 3 days before rental received another email confirmation. On the rental day, equipment was not there, pickup location was changed without notifying me. Talked to location rep - no help, customer service transferred me to regional management that offered no discount or even slightest excuse that I have to drove 40 mins through traffic to another location just to pick it my trailer, then asked to returned it the same day because it's already booked by another customer. I would not trust U-Haul with any rental, I've had much better experience with other smaller local companies.

The parking area is too crowded for as much business you do. The truck smelled of cigarette smoke (nasty). Otherwise customer service is very friendly and I would recommend my friends.

I have been renting from uhaul for 40 years, and never have I had to wait in your stores how I am now waiting. Every store is understaffed which makes the customer wait longer. The other customers that i spoke with in line are very frustrated with the poor/slow customer service. Also your process for reserving a truck or trailer, or any rental over the phone is extremely flawed. I tried to rent/ reserve a trailer (3) times, and it failed every time. That process needs to be improved. The people you talk to are not knowledgeable at all about the product and are in Phoenix Arizona and are not in communication at all with the local stores. I tried to rent from a store in Washington State, and the girl in Phoenix didn't even know if the store in Everett Wa. had the trailer i needed. And that was the third time I tried that phone process and they failed me everytime. I had to physically go to the store in Everett Wa to schedule the rental myself. We got it done, but no customer should have to go through that to simply rent a trailer. Uhaul needs to spend some time improving their rental process because it is seriously flawed.

Tank should be full. 3/4 is a scam. If tank is full then there is no guessing on when to pull nozzle out of tank when filling with gas. I shouldn't need to accidentally over for gas. If I'm short though though there surely is a charge. I was told there would be a Dollie in truck. Got to my destination and found no Dollie in truck. Had to leave my destination and drive 65 footer to lowes to purchase Dollie. Store owner/partial owner was swearing in store cause he was mad about something. This place was a joke.

I keep getting emails about this rental. I did not rent anything. A handyman I worked with many years ago is using my email fraudulently. This is my 4th contact today trying to disconnect my email from this transaction.

The men that helped us were great. The return was a nightmare. There was no where to park and it was closed. Uhaul was suppose to call us to inform us that there were no trucks at LAKE STEVENS, where our reservations were.Wasted time and gas.

Got to the location and had to wait an hour because the system gave me a local truck even though it was a scheduled one way visit. Then they gave me way to little miles because they moved my pick up location with out notifying me. So I had to drive an extra 45 min to get my truck and had to wait an hour and had to make them give me more miles.

This locatiton was great however it was my 3rd due to inept rescheduling by your "Center" .>>Originally sent to Lake Stevens Wa w/ my res #~NO TRUCK~ then told I was supposed to go to Lynnwood Wa & after after an hr wait in line~NO TRUCK~4 hrs later finally got a truck UNACCEPTABLE!!! Your $50 refund for quality hasn't been received yet and I fell I should get $50 for the other bad referral to Lynnwood!!! Yes I do have my res# and the text that sent me to Lake Stevens and the text that sent me to Lynnwood!!!

I reserved a 26 foot truck 3 weeks before my move. When I go to pick it up I'm told that they changed my reservation to a 20 foot truck because the 26 footer was taken to another state by mistake. Nobody ever notified me of the change until I went to pick up the truck. Morning of the move and I'm left with a truck that won't fit all my belongings for my move. On top of that I had to pay the same rate for the smaller truck. No discounts, furniture pads, handtrucks or anything thrown in to try to make up for their incompetence. Not even a sincere apology. Very poor customer service.
