I followed your website stating that check in time would be cut in half by "checking in" before I arrived. I did so. I also arrived at 8:40am for a 9:00am pick-up. I finally pulled out of U-Haul at 9:40am. I stood in line for nearly an hour watching all the people in front of me "check-in" at the desk with your attendant. I was taken aback that you don't have a separate line for people who "check-in" on-line vs. people walking in off the street that receive a 15 minute tutorial about their rental options. Upon return of the U-Haul trailer I was met with a return line so backed-up that I was asked by the lot attendant to back my vehicle and rented trailer around the building and enter through the exit. I did so. After finally getting checked out, another 30 minutes after arriving, the attendant said he couldn't move any of the vehicles or trailers and asked that I drive over the wood chalks throughout the lot and hop a city sidewalk and curb to leave the facility. I was shocked. I ended up bobbing and weaving through the mess of vehicles to avoid a potential ticket leaving your facility. I don't typically leave responses at all, but I just couldn't believe the entire experience and had to share

I did not like self check of truck using images off cell phone app. It is hard to see images in daylight to compare. I did like the little stickers that were on some of the dents already. Liked the pricing and friendly quick service.

It wasn't anything that could really be control the map with having trouble locating Kirkland. Also the computer was having problems accepting the gift certificate to credit during the pickup so I wouldn't have such a large hold on my bank card. The issues were purely computer-related.

Let me just start off by saying the young lady at the reception was very nice and pleasant. But the guy who connected the autotransport trailer to a truck i rented at another location did a bad job. I didn't know it at the time because it was my first time renting an autotransport trailer. But shortly after i left the lot, a couple of guys on the road were honking at me, telling me that the chain on my trailer was dragging on the ground. I was headed to the Lynnwood uhaul store anyway because that store was closer to my home. I needed to leave the truck there while I go home and bring my car there to load on the trailer. At the Lynnwood location, the 2 guys there were much more thorough and helpful. They helped me secure the dragging chain and also re-secured the safety chains connecting the truck to the trailer which one of the guys thought had too much slack. I feel that the guy at the Everett location needs to be much more thorough and serious about what he is doing. An improperly secured trailer with dragging chains is no joke. This could cause sparks which could lead to something serious.

Last couple of times I've rented it has taken me anywhere from 45 minutes to an hour to check out due to lack of personnel at the counter and the Personnel that is it counter not moving very quick. The checkout process seems to be very cumbersome in the Uhaul system. Also the locations property is not large enough for the amount of traffic this location sees. I've waited almost 45 minutes just to be able to leave the facility because the vehicle is backed up. I tried to go to other locations but this one because of its convenience tends to get my business and I hate going there every time I have to.

Tim was super professional while still being friendly and maintaining personalism. Seemed like a genuine friend even though I just met him. Looks like your location could use more Tim's
