Then lock would not re-lock when returning truck. Spent another 15 minutes on phone to decide what to do with the key. Now I have yo return the key on Monday.

U Haul did not honor the agreement that I signed that stated the first three months were 50% off. Therefore, U Haul beat me out of approximately $234. The failure to honor the original agreement is at minimum, unethical.

Staff was very nice & helped me get set up quickly because I had to in order to get my other things accomplished. 5:00 people get off work traffic, getting kids out of school and dinner planning is just not enough evening time in my opinion for the office to stay open. I think 7:00p would be more helpful for folks. Price was good with all season, hate to hear prices went up. My sister may be leaving because of that fact but anyhow thanks for helping us out when we needed something fast even though we didn’t stay. Don’t stop your 1st month free deal. A lot of folks are only doing 1/2 off 1st 2 months. You guys are really the only ones so I’d post it in big letters because that’s awesome and up on the competition!
