Did a good job getting me in and out.
IAN TThe truck was clean inside the cab and outside. The staff explained the truck and moved it out of the parking spot for me. They provided a dozen clean and intact moving blankets. Truck handled well. Easy to use.

CANDACE CThey are great people but my rear camera was not working when I got home went bk today I was told I could come whenever I told them about 12:30 pm I got there at 1:30 was told guy left 5-10 mins before I got there I should have called first & for me to call first tomorrow before coming I work nights don’t get home until 3 Am or after so I was disappointed he left. he called me day before so I will try again tomorrow I need my rear camara fixed it worked before installation

PATRICIA KI have used this location a couple of times. The staff really doesn't know what they are doing and are more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. It took over 2 hours to pick up my trailer Saturday night and they let me leave without the lights being hooked up.

VINCENT DThe trailer was previously used by someone that had greasy parts in it. Grease was all over the trailer. I used it for sand. The sand helped clean off the grease. I used a blower to clean the trailer after I used it.

VINCENT DThe 12 X 6 open trailer I rented was well-maintained from a mechanical standpoint, but it was not clean. It needed to be scrubbed with a pressure washer or, better, a steam cleaner. There was an oily substance in the bottom and on the sides of the trailer. Some of the "mess" got onto a mattress even though we tried to prevent it by using our own blankets to cover as much of the mattress as possible. My wife says we can probably remove the substance from the mattress by scrubbing it. Still, I would rent from this U-Haul dealership again. They were very courteous, made helpful suggestions, and checkout and checkin was a breeze.
ALFRED JI must say I was very Im impressed. Usually when I go to U-Haul, the truck are worn out with hella miles. However, this pickup truck was clean, smelled nice, and was amazing on gas. I well definitely be using them again for my future clients for my business, until I pay off my car to afford another truck note lol. But overall im highly satisfied and the customer was the best I’ve experienced from an U-Haul I’ve ever done business with.
JAMES TI received the vehicle with the fuel meter on empty, and a message appeared that the vehicle would run out of fuel in less than 50 miles. I turned around and went back to the store to show the sales person that the vehicle had no fuel despite being told at checkout that it was 3/4 full. The sales person said they would change the fuel level on the contract, but she actually changed it to 1/4 full, which means that I had to pay for a 1/4 tank of fuel in addition to the fuel that I used during the rental. I complained about this fact upon returning the vehicle (5 hours early I might add), and was told there would be no credit to compensate for the extra fuel I had to purchase. I'm not happy about this extra cost that I was forced into. I feel I was owed some level of reasonable compensation by reducing the price of the contract.
Robert PThe lady that did my contract was very knowledgeable & very patient. Although she was there alone , it was about 4-5 of us waiting. One of the customers was giving her a very hard time and she remained professional as she was back in forth , in and out doing her job! . Make sure you have more staff scheduled , she did great. But. , it shouldn’t have been that much on one person

DIANE TI ordered an appliance dolly with the truck, and they did not have the dolly. But I was given a furniture dolly instead and was able to make due. Thank goodness I personally owned a small dolly or it would have been a big problem.

I could have killed or harmed many people yesterday the door flying up and things falling out the back cars blowing for my attention extremely. I lost many items and I am upset and unhappy.
LATONIA LReally convenient to use to store my daughter's items I don't want to transport for college. Love the fact that it's a staffed location. Use an unstaffed location for her freshman year with no problem but year 2. All her stuff was stolen. Staff wasn't helpful when dealing with that situation

Rats chewed yp my furniture, urinated and dedicated on my furniture and clothes. Let's not forget the roaches and spiders that infested my belongings also. Would not recommend this facility to a homeless person to live. This place needs to be condemned.
