It was infested with rats!!!!! Told employees several times nothing was ever done about it. Had to throw away a lot of stuff.

Customer service was rude. We were locked out of the building during office hours. No one in the office would assist us. The general manager stated I would get a refund. I was emailed several invoices showing my refund. Several days later, I have not seen my refund nor does anyone in the office answer the phone during normal business hours.

Rats chewed yp my furniture, urinated and dedicated on my furniture and clothes. Let's not forget the roaches and spiders that infested my belongings also. Would not recommend this facility to a homeless person to live. This place needs to be condemned.

Brian I. | Overall ExperienceThr only thing I DO NOT like is when your employees talking to each other and see a customer walking in and won't stop talking to eacho other until they're finish their conversation. That is inappropriate. If it doesn't have anything to do with Uhaul or business matter, stop your conversation and take care of the customer.
