ARIEL Lthe associates came outside to greet me and direct my trailer back up, while i was just pulling into the lot. Wow what great service guys, at about 5:15 pm.. The check in guy was nice too at about 11 am. trailer worked great and in great condition. I will use again.

The return went very smoothly, which I am particularly thankful for as I had a tightly scheduled morning and we were able to stay on track even though the morning crew was quite busy!
CAYLEE MThe trailer was functionally in very good shape, but the floor was not clean. There were a couple of bolts, a clip, a small amount of caked on dirt, and remnants of oil on the side bad enough that I would want anything fabric coming in contact.
JOSEPH SThe vehicles need to be serviced by a technician prior to long drives. I had too many warnings pop up on my vehicle which caused massive delay. No person who rents from U-Haul should ever be responsible for magically knowing all the additional equipment they rented must be taken for the store and loaded themselves. Also, as I sat folding all the moving blankets I thought, “well…isn’t it nice I’m preparing the truck for return, but U-Haul doesn’t have to prepare the truck for me to rent it.” This was a terrible experience. The workers at the Renton store were kind and professional. But the U-Haul rental process, experience, and lack of a technician showing up to fix my truck on the side of the road was absolutely terrible. I asked for a 50% discount on my rental. I’m still frustrated and think U-Haul should have done more. It made me feel like I could have rented from a ma and pa shop and had a better experience. That should make you as a business feel as frustrated as I do.
KYLE EEverything was great. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The wonderful lady whom helped me... made sure i understood the proper procedures on gaining access to the building. Walked me over there and made sure i got it. (The process is not hard at all, just knowing one keypad/kiosk is for the door and the other is for authorization). I had a terrible day yesterday, nothing i was trying to get done was getting accomplished. Until i stepped foot on that uhaul facility. Service was great. Thank you again.

RUNEL MI’m updating my review because after the complete fact after I returned the truck, they said I needed to pay all these charges, which is absolutely ridiculous. I have been fighting with the U-Haul people about this. It feels like the old baiting switch to me. Never will I use U-Haul again!!

WILLIAM SI was asked to drop off at a location more convenient to UHaul which added 20 miles to my trip from where I originally wanted to drop off. And then charged me for the extra miles. Not worth it.

DAVID GWe had reserved a 15" truck along with a furniture dolly and regular dolly along with 12 blankets. When I went a picked up the truck they only had 5 blankets and no dolly's. That made the move very difficult. When you make a reservation everything should be with the truck that you reserved for the day. The people there were friendly and apologetic. But that does not fix the issues with no dolly's and blankets we had reserved.

DWAYNE GWhen I pulled in the gas gauge appeared to be the same position it was when I had lpulledI didn't go very far, 14mi) Evidently the meter had moved a little bit after the employee started it. I'm now getting a $40 charge that I was not prepared to get for the $3 in gas that I didn't realize it needed. Had I seen the gauge I would have definitely put that money in. When I called the location and they informed me of this they didn't seem to care that they just took my gas money to make it to work for the rest of the week. I asked if I could come drop off a gallon of gas and they just told me there's nothing they can do and it's already been processed. No empathy or willingness to work with me.
TORY FI was not told that the moving blankets were to be returned and assumed they were to be recycled. The truck also gave me intermittent mechanical issues the entire drive from WA to Vegas
JOSHUA SThe manager was wonderful. The van was not. There was a smell of gasoline in the cab that became more noticeable throughout the day. By the evening, we suspected a fuel leak and weren’t comfortable driving the van back to its original location. Roadside assistance was quick to tow for us. Overall, while there was above average customer service, feeling like we may have been in an unsafe situation would make us think twice about renting a U-haul again. We’ve never had an issue with the equipment outside of Washington, but the vans here seem very, very rough - despite low mileage.

DAVID WI experienced really poor customer service. The attendant did not bother to show me where the vehicle was parked. I had to find it on my own. Customer parking is up the hill and in the back, not accessible. I would not recommend this location and service under any circumstances.

Not a problem itself, but access to my unit was blocked by another U-Haul truck that was out of service and left to sit on the back of the property--right in front of my unit. The person who showed me to the unit said he would check on getting the truck moved, but never came back. I was forced to navigate around the truck through mud and gravel in order to move items in.

The reservation could not be found. Upon arrival I was told there were no units available. When I called in the morning no one answered the phone and the general UHaul phone answered said everything was ok to go. The manager and girl working there worked very hard to finally locate an available unit.

Notified manager about leak in front and brushed it off saying was from lifting the door when there was a clear hole in the front seal and the door doesn't fully close. How can my stuff be wet and moldy from lifting the door when I haven't been to the unit in months? Are the employees opening the door? I would have stored my stuff longer but doesn't seem like U-Haul cares about paying customers personal belongings and obviously doesn't need my money so taking my business elsewhere.
