Provide basic "Meet & Greet" customer service skills to staff. Individual that assisted me simply called "Next!" after allowing one other customer to cut in front of me. No "Hello", "Good morning" or any other common or simple greeting. Just a "Next!", like I'm just cattle in line. As the first human contact in my reservation and pick up experience, this was a very poor way to interface with a customer. On the plus side, the in processing at the time of the truck turn in was relatively fast and efficient. Same individual that checked me out, also checked in my truck. Again, basic customer service greeting skills were absent. Would I rent from Uhaul again? Possibly, but only if selecting someone solely based on price and or availability Uhaul also has the Walmart approach in that you have locations everywhere. If there was another provider closer to my location, I'd likely choose customer service over price.

Make sure the car trailer wheel tie downs are in good working order. It was discovered just as I was leaving the lot they were damaged and needed to be replaced . Also I would have really liked a truck with cruise control since I drive 1400 miles

I paid for a utility dollie to be in the truck when it was rented for my move. I arrived at the Public Storage facility to find out it wasn't in the truck. The location was open for business at about 5:45 pm when I contacted the personnel there to make them aware of the inconvenience I was experiencing at the time. They asked me if I wanted someone to bring the equipment to the storage facility where I was currently located. I answered yes since I needed it in order to complete my move. I then experienced the run around after about 20 minutes I was then told to go back to the location I originally rented everything from to pick up a dollie that was left outside in front of the store. This was certainly an inconvenience for me including a waste of my time and gas. The customer service was very POOR!

When I picked up my rental, the manager was dealing with other difficult customers and what seemed like other difficulties (one of which was the online system wasn't working) and she handled everything with grace, patience and professionalism. She was doing a great job handling all of it!

I arrived just after closing and was trying to do self check in. (my phone would not let me share location so I could not move forward with the self check in process) I saw an employee leaving (Eugene) and asked if he knew how to change settings. I was calling U haul because I really didn't have another option. Anyways, Eugene was super friendly, stayed after hours, and checked my truck in himself, so I could leave. I cant thank him enough after a long, hard day of moving! Please let him know. I really appreciated him staying late and helping me!

Your customer service people were very helpful and truck ran well. It did add up to about $3.00 per mile and the amount due at end of trip was higher than expercted but, such is life!

I rent uhaul at benson branch but the storage lady is rude and told me that I need to pick up the uhaul at rainier that is not fair I need to drive over there and pick it up I need a refund I pick up benson location because that’s closed to Home I’m not satisfied about this rental at all. Please call me 206-849-7962 and I return the uhaul 1/2 tank supposed to be 1/4 tank.

The management worked with us to find a solution, but it took an extra half an hour when we were in a hurry. I get that weekends are super busy, but they put a vehicle on the lot that was SO NOT READY to rent. There should be a way that it can not show as available until it is truly ready.

Uhauls need to communicate with each other. We leased a truck at our nearest location and reservation was moved to another location w/o notifying us. We get to the other place and they have no record of our reservation being move there. Fortunately, they had a 17' truck available. The office on Sunset in Renton dropped the ball and will avoid using them in the future.
