Not enough staffing no guidance with the new employees waited almost 2 hours just to get the rental at the first location. 2nd location when I use the storage unit new staff was not guided by older staff or experienced staff and didn't know what to do for the storage unit the 3locatin drop off was perfect all for 1 month free

My only comments are there is no lighting in the storage units and wood made me nervous about potential critters etc. moved to new tukwila facility. Thanks again to the staff!

Then I told the person on duty I was done with unit and it was cleaned then I get a attempt to charge my card 215 then got a email saying I'm getting charged that and a late fee.

Charlotte B. | Overall ExperienceThe facility was good. More staff is needed. There weee several trucks blocking the unit. We had to walk quie a ways to unload our stuff. The reservation could not be found. Upon arrival I was told there were no units available. When I called in the morning no one answered the phone and the general UHaul phone answered said everything was ok to go. The manager and girl working there worked very hard to finally locate an available unit.

It took multiple call to the u-haul help line to get the computer to accept the space I reserved online. It took two days and more calls than necessary to resolve the issue.this was not a problem. With the location but an issue from multiple misinformation from multiple different help center calls and departments.
