The storage facility was very clean and well lit. The facility access doors were not secured on the day we moved our items in to the unit ( 6/15/26). I did not need my code to enter the sidewalk area gate or the facility itself. I messaged the management but did not get a response. When I returned one and two months later, the gate was secured. I only saw staff on the day we were moving out and they were helpful, particularly the woman ( I do not know her name) as she helped me with my lock.

The manager who helped us was excellent. She was friendly and helped us through the problems we had with our pod!! We will highly recommend other families renting the pod for their Dorm and apartment items!! It was close to the apartment complex and easy enough that my daughter was able to get it out herself with me!!! Thank you for your services. And please say thank you to the lady who helped us!! She was awesome!
