JOHNNY GI will say yes because I would recommend but the only thing is that the right brake light wire connection was loose and they said it was my connector so I unplugged it plugged it back in ,, the brake light actually worked, but later to find out it was the connection on the tow dolly light

John PThe staff were great U-Haul's use of apps and forcing the staff to use apps to check in and check out is kind of annoying but I guess it's more efficient when they choose to go to AI in the future and get rid of more staff I still prefer the staff to the AI.

GUILLERMO MWas not happy with the uhaul we got. Was not clean, had to clean it and lay blankets down to even use it because the person who used it before us got oil and dirt everywhere in the back. When I dropped it off I didnt get offered any sort of discount but instead found out I was being charged more than what the person at the counter told me id be paying by the mile. Will not be coming back to this uhaul. I have used them many times before and no issues arose but this time was the worst experience

DAVID SWhen I showed up to pick up my truck and trailer, the clerk said "the tank is at 3/4, return it 3/4 full." It was not until I got home that I discovered that the tank was NOT at 3/4, it was half way between 3/4 and 1/2 full. I've rented many, many cars in my life. The standard practice for ALL rental companies in such cases is to go with the lower value. The clerk SHOULD have said that the tank was 1/2 full, not 3/4. I did not discover this until I had gotten to my house to start loading up the UHaul, so I did not go back and debate it. UHauls have rather large tanks, so, when filling it prior to returning it, the clerk's error cost me an extra $20 in fuel that I shouldn't have had to spend. I didn't want to take a chance of returning it at the level that it actually was when I rented it as UHaul would have charged me a lot more than $20 for that gas. In the long run, this is small potatoes. But, it is something that I WILL remember, and I will never utilize UHaul again! I'd rather pay a bit extra to go with a REPUTABLE agency then go with UHaul, and get nickeled and dimed and end up spending the same amount as the more expensive guys anyway.
BRIAN BOnly one person at the desk today. Frustrating to wait for as long as I did just to turn in a truck. But the guys are always friendly there, my favorite U-haul.

PATRICK VI had a great experience with the staff were employees at the time of my picking up my trailer, as they checked out everything and found a problem with the lights, and were able to fix that problem quick and easily. It was a great experience with them.
MICHAEL LI felt like I was over charged, I’ve paid about the same for 24 hours. I drove maybe about 12 miles that’s including drop off and pick up.

DENNIS HCab of truck had empty coffee cups and Starbucks wrappers on the ground. The windshield of the truck had to be cleaned before I could safely on the freeway. Overall, the truck performed as expected.

JASON POther than no ramp for the 10' truck there was no dolly to be found in the truck so I used my own. Other than that the truck ran perfectly fine from Union Gap wa to Walla Walla Washington.
LESTER LI’ve had a better experience here then the Union gap location, in and out no issues. This should be the preferred spot for anyone looking for a Uhaul rental.
