I reserved and checked in online spent 30 mins at front counter none the less then had to deal with paper work that said tank was full which it was not had to take photos go back in to be told it would be adjusted. I had my paper work initialed and took photos returned truck with more fuel than when departed drove 10 miles total in 17' truck and was charged 92.00 now am having to dispute and fight for reimbursement. Bad customer service, lack luster employees and false documentation If you don't have to rent from here I would recommend you don't.

Reserved a DC and a 5 ×9 trailer to go frome Yakima wa. To Sallisaw Ok. Was told the trailers they owned. 1st, the reservation center based out of Spokane wa, told me 1 day before, that I could drive to Chelan WA to pick it up since they didn't have one. I made this reservation 1 month ahead of time!! Then, she canceled the reservation!! Next, they said I could drive to Sunnyside WA to get the trailer! Unbelieveable! Next, I was offered no compensation for the hassle, trama or anything. This company has gone to crap since I worked for You! I had a family member flying up here the next day to help get me moved home. The call center in Spokane Washington, Cindy, to be exact, was unproffessional, rude and completly unqualified to do her job. Why the he'll was this equipment not staged at the pickup location? I worked for uhual in Medford MA, also in Puyallup Wa..we would make damn sure a reservation, of this size, would be ready for our customers. Pissed! This location does not hold up to the uhual promise of taking care if they're customers. Customers 1st! Fix the problem..compensation would be nice!!

I was told on the phone by the person that I reserved the trailer with initially, at least two weeks before my reservation, that all straps and everything would be provided with the trailer. I rent often enough from U-Haul that I knew better, so my suspicions were raised and I was prepared anyhow. It's time to send a memo out to your representatives!

Peak hours could use more employees. I had a 12:00 appointment and there was only 1 desk attendant and 2 service employees. It took several calls to the back office before another attendant came to help and she wasn't very pleased to help. The attendant that helped me was very helpful and courteous and tried to help others in between waiting on me, which was a great show of multitasking. Overall, was a good transaction. The new service attendant was very nice and helpful.

Clean the vehicle. I had to kill the spider that occupied the console and clean out the cobwebs. The cigarette smell in the van was so strong it burned my eyes. I had to drive with windows open in the rain just to get breath. Even though I checked in online, it took 40 minutes to get my vehicle. The staff at the pick-up location could not understand the charges on the online quote I was then charged for an extra day due to returning it 1 hour late. I will not rent from u-haul again. The initial quote was less than the competitors, but it wound up costing me more. The only reason I rated them as "Average" is because most u-haul locations I have been to are not well run.

Customer counter assistance is knowledgeable, Just seriously slow, especially when it is busy. Do not know if it is the computer system UHaul uses or personnel.

In reference to my comments, I am normally very positive, but there were so many difficulties with this rental. I had to make a special trip from my office to pick up the truck due to there not being a truck that size locally. Upon arriving, they said they did not have the 26 foot truck available. The first person to help must have been new and training and the one training must have been ready to lunch. Both were not very helpful nor competent and it took 45 minutes to hear, they did not have a truck that size. After stating that I would not leave without 26 foot, a third person showed up, I'm guessing either a manager or someone who'd been there a long time and within 5 minutes we had keys in hand and were driving away! I was VERY impressed with her assistance!

Again, please bring in vehicles to a reasonable location for people to pick up, especially those who have reserved them a few days prior to pick up.

The open trailer I picked had oil on the floor. At first I though it was just dirty with water in it because it had rained the night before, but as the day warmed up it became clear that it was oil. This made it very dangerous for us to load the bed of the trailer. We had to buy boxes to lay on the bed of the trailer so it would not ruin our stuff. When I brought this to the attention of the person (female) who unhooked us, did not acknowledge that I was even speaking to her. I have never had a problem at this location before. If I was not on a deadline to get my items moved I would have returned the trailer at the beginning. I am not a satisfied customer. Seems to be a atmosphere of apathy among your employees.

2 people at counter like they are digging stuff out from under counter all over the top of counter with not really any room left on counter. Then told that one of us will be out to check you in..... in reality I was waiting for the one person helping customers that was filling 6 propane tanks.... as 10 then 15 minutes go by I see another employee come but he just talked to the one working person and then goes back inside and as he goes in door kicks a $5 lunch box from McDonald's closer to a planter not picking it up, then as I go back in to find out if I was going to get helped I noticed 2 cups and a wrapper in flower pot so I guess the pot with flowers in it is also a garbage can... I guess that is what you get when you have 1 worker and the rest are management..... I had 2 calls with 1-800 and nothing got changed in either call , maybe you should take those recordings of calls and actually use them for proper training opppppssss I guess those are used only against customers not for them......

Well garbage in flower pot, Wendy's lunch box on the ground next to it... counter person says yes one of us will be right out......in truth... I the one person pumping propane will be with you.... no us three will dig under counter looking for something then help someone... and one kicked the lunch box closer to the flower pot.... not even picking it up...... guess you have one worker and the rest are management at this location...... poor....

When checking in the truck after hours the email for the rental said to go to the uhaul web site to get final contract. Not very user friendly. Had to call uhaul on phone. They helped me out quickly.
