I think this location is understaffed in the front of the house. The service was very slow. One person was working two lines, moving between the two as pace allowed. Having said this, the person I worked with was extremely helpful and good natured. I think she deserves recognition. Unfortunately, I cannot recall her name and it is not listed on my rental agreement. But I wish to thank her. Again. I would gladly rent from this location again, especially if she is working behind the counter.

JOHN WThI’m a was my first time renting a trailer. I was disappointed to learn that I needed to also purchase a wiring harness connector. The wiring harness on the trailers is an old style linear plug. Most modern vehicles have a round harness plug, requiring an adapter to fit. U-Haul needs to upgrade its trailer harnesses or provide the adapter as part of the rental (no extra cost).

Sherrita SIn the past I've used U haul for all my moving needs. I always reserve at least a week between 2 or 3 days in advance to secure my resevation. I've never to my knowledge set a time to return,I just arrive before closing. The individual that processed my reservation indicated that the truck was supposed to be returned within four hours. That was not communicated by me and she set the time,which resulted in my being changed for an additional day. I'm not at all pleased with the service,and unfortunately I can't give a satisfactory rating. This is my second time at this location and recieving unsatisfied service. Respectfully

Forrest CHuge attitude problem from staff. I reserved a trailer on Friday for Saturday morning, when I got there I was told the trailer was not there on site, even though I can see 3 of them on the lot. She acted as if she did not want to be bothered and didn't even try to check. After this experience I looked through the reviews and seen similar experiences to mine. Since this issue won't be fix, I'll just report the location as a whole.

Barry HI reserved a 9’ van. Was told they only had 10’ trucks even though there was a van right next to the truck they gave me. Then I was told there were no furniture alleys for my reservation, even though I saw a few in the store. Another customer couldn’t get propane at this location either.

One big issue I had which had nothing to do with this location is that uhaul canceled my truck and trailer one day before with a text saying they could not honor my reservation which had me in a panic. I flew in to move my son back from college. He had to be out of his apartment on that day and I had to be back to work. I called and they somewhat made it work for me.

Randall H1) I was given a very beat up 10’ truck with at least 126k miles on it. 2) The passenger door had to be slammed shut to close. 3) Either the truck’s fuel gauge was faulty or the fuel estimator was very wrong. I had only drive about 60 miles and the fuel estimator said I needed to buy 11 gallons of gas. I ignored it and bought 9 gallons and that was still way to much. 4) I’ve rented trucks from Uhaul before and this truck had the worst shocks/ride. 5) The employees were efficient, if not particularly, friendly or helpful.

Joseph MThe cashiers did not offer assistance with the working of the truck, they just handed me a key and said the truck is outside. I asked a guy coming from his lunch break how do I open the back of the truck. The cashiers played and interacted with one another more than with the customers. I was there over 45 minutes with one customer before me. The inside of the cup holder and the dash was sticky with some trash in it from the previous customer. The headlights on the truck were dim.
Bridget YI have rented from this location several times in the past. He never had a problem this time. The trailer that I rented. It wasn't clean in the back. I also it leaked very bad and all the material that I had in the back. Got wet the Ellen thing about it. I was using it for a decoration job for an event and the decorations for the event. Got wet. It wasn't ruin. There was a Ollie substance on the floor of it. Like someone had been hauling auto parts. Previously, it need to be pressure washed out. But the main thing to me was that it leaked so bad. It was a stormy day when I had it. And due to the bad weather, all the mayor product got wet. I mentioned it to the attendant. He said he was sorry and he would take it out of service. So maybe it won't happen to the next person
